As someone currently saving up for this exact tablet, thank you for this review! Glad to know I found a good option!
smash next question

Didnt watch the video yet but i see from your comments you quit again lol. Im tryna do the 250 box challenge again from my hiatus of not doing it for a month (im on box 150) and im doing the 50/50% rule but i keep messing up the boxes, and i feel like im not really good at thinking of the vp off the page. Like, at all. I can see why i took that hitaus for so long. Stuff is so tiresome, man. i swear to god. I usually keep going because i see most of complex art like with scenery or sometimes anatomy is made up of boxes to help with forming it or whatever.
All I can say is best of luck if you keep doing it man lol. Right now I'm learning from other stuff.
loved ur funny yet educational comments lmao ty for the awesome video lol
Thanks. I try
Similar experience to me. I think the main issue is that the course is just not a good intro to drawing if you dont know anything yet. Feeling like you need to slave away at 250 boxes before getting to interesting stuff is just stupid. I think its much better to build up a base of skills, like obersvational drawing or something, that you can learn fairly quickly, so you at least have something to fall back on while doing drawabox. People who are learning to draw want to get right in and draw cool things, or at least try to, and drawabox wont have you doing that. I plan on spending at least a few months of observational drawing learning and practice before I touch drawabox again. And when i do go through it, instead of feeling like I'd need to finish the whole thing in 6 months, I'd just go slowly and do it on the side, slowly chipping away at it, while at least having fun and improving with drawing in other areas.
I did all this but it doesn’t detect my tablet, please help?
Thank you! I was sick of having my moniter and tablet sharinf the same design.
Sweet. Thanks for watching.
i cant get the color to calibrate correctly to my monitor, it still looks terrible on the tablet screen :(
u cant draw for shit
Welcome back🎉🎉❤
Thanks 🫡
I got a question. Does this work with frunsi? It’s another kind of tablet
From wat im seeing, Frunsi is a standalone tablet meaning you don't have to hook it up to another computer. So I don't think u need to follow this process.
bruh my dog just died
Ouch
What device do you use for drawing? Also great work!
Preciate it. I currently use a huion kamvas pro 24
@InnermanArts Ohhh cool thanks might get it!
Nice
I am stuck drawng slender man i can draw human almost perfectly maybe thats a overstatmant but still pretty good exact the facial features
Use them references fam
This is a very good way of practicing. Many people believe you shouldnt trace what so ever, but the reality is that tracing CAN help a lot if you make sure to learn from the reference. Building a good "catalogue" of angles and images in your head can help tremendously. What really made it click for me was thinking in 3D. But overall, good job man, keep going!
Thanks fam.
This is how u train with rails. Lovely work and practicr mate
Preciate it
Welcome back Innerman!!!
I’m using windows 11 and downloaded pro 16 and it’s just telling me device disconnected I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice… still not working. The screen shows on my laptop and tablet but the software is messing up
Feel free to post pics of your tech issue in the Discord server in "tech support" channel

I see you Mister t
Thank you so much for this, I was having trouble figuring it out myself since this is my first tablet. ^_^
I couldn’t even draw that last one 💀
Good to see you are still creating content!
Homielander
I don't know if I should say "pause" 🤔
@@InnermanArts do NOT
I rarely went to Target. My parents always brought me to Kmart. But I can see myself doing the same thing as a kid tho 😅 By the way, good animating! I can see you're getting there 👍
I ain't an artist but I am a beginner writer, so yeah, can agree with the neverending mistakes! But with practice, you'll get there! ^^
Indeed
This is so me😂😢
Lol. The struggle is real
I usually never comment on anything but this DESERVES my unwanted opinion and experience. NEW ARTISTS PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS "ADVICE." REFERENCE IS A MUST! If you are drawing without reference you are replying on your construed memory and and distorted understanding of shape language and visual composition. The goal of reference is to train your mind and eye you understand how, in the real world, the shapes and values in the world work together. As an artist you are allowed and encouraged to break those rules BUT YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THEM FIRST BY LOOKING AT THE REAL THING. The only time you shouldn't uses reference is when you DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO IT. Of course if you don't use reference you'll be spam ctl-zing because you don't have confidence in any of your shapes and lines because your mental memory bank and understanding of efficient lines is STARVED. Use reference to train your hand and mind. Delete your lines if you don't like them but understand why they don't actually work the way you want them to. ...I won't even talk about the wrong layer issue 😮💨
Thanks for the clarification. Don't want to lead anyone astray.
Also, When you draw with your wrists moving instead of your arms moving
Gotta avoid that carpal tunnel
No im not a beginner im just autistic and i have ADHD and im a perfectionist
help mine doesn't work
What's going on with it?
Nah bro that ain't Homelander, that's Awaygrounded 💀
I need that reference
@@InnermanArts me too fam, me too
I still do the first 3 despite not being a beginner. 😭
Lol
homielander 😭
Someone finally saw it
I've been drawing digitally for 10+ years and still do all of these 😭
Literally me frfr
This is any artist despite the skill level
Seems so
Pov: you know your a beginner artist when you erase si much on a paper to the point where it ripped
Also tru
The layers is true tho 😂
Fr
Me being a beginner artist and crying about how accurate this is
Lol. Is what it is I guess
PLEASE USE REFERENCE. That is the quickest way for you to gain an understanding of shape language and value. This is wrong and a hindrance to young artist's growth.
O word?
as an experienced artist most of these happen to me
Glad its not just me
Where are you??? Its been a while?!
Planning my comeback
question, i have a windows laptop. would i still use the windows method in order to like set it up?
Yep. Same steps.
ive been clickbaited. anyways good vid!!
I quit again btw
Your video was helpful but like I’m stuck in a few places.
The 50% rule is amazing uncomfortable is a psychological genius! The exercises and his instructions are also great, if you listen closely you'll pretty quickly see what you'll eventually will get out of it, which is incredibly my motivating to me.
