So... if we had a DLC where we played as Bradford, and we now have a DLC where we play as Lily, does this mean we are going to get a third DLC where we play as Tygan?
I just want to actually find Vahlen already. Felt like such a tease not finding her, but finding everyone around her dead.
If that were the case, I believe that Tygan would be more of a support unit, rather than a fighter.
IMHO, I found that it makes it more interesting.
I suspect they'll save Tygan's special mission for if they decide to an Enemy Within style expansion of the game.
As for finding Vahlen, I fear that it might just be something they're saving for XCOM 3.
Nope, sadly we won't be getting any more DLC. I believe it was stated when the game came out we'd get three pieces of DLC, Anarchy's Children, Alien Hunters, and Shen's Last Gift. So sadly no Tygan DLC which sucks but oh well

I just have to say I loved this DLC's mission SOOOOOO much more than the Alien Hunter's DLC mission (they are both great but this one just felt so much more fleshed out and so much more impactful for some reason). Kinda makes me sad this is the last one we'll get. But regardless, I apllaud this dlc pack, guys! You really outdid yourselves for such a short mission and we get robo units back x3

Yeah, but an expansion is not exactly a DLC. An expansion is usually a much bigger chunk of content that is almost the size of the game in some cases. a DLC is just well stuff like cosmetics we got with the first one.

I bought this game day 1 and have barely played it. I'm waiting for all the official DLC to come out first. This looks great though. Can't wait to play!

I knew there where going to be mechs!! When everyone was speculating what type of soldier would be the fifth class and at the end it was psionic, I knew there would bring somehow the mechs back. They are just too awesome!!!

Watched the livestream demo, some VERY cool stuff here! I'm curious to see if there's any kind of balancing enemy unit (such as the Mectoid in EW). There was a brief shot of Lily shooting AT what looked like a Spark, maybe they can be hacked? Or the Advent MECs start getting upgrades equivalent to them?
ahah i remember, nice unit it was. First time seeing it (on classic): hm that kinda looks scary but np i'm crushing the aliens i have full veterans team i'll be fine.

Man, this dlc definitely looks sweet. Though it's a shame that I'm basically done with my file of XCOM 2 (all the countries are contacted/have radio relays, no more research topics outside of the ones in the Shadow Chamber, all the facilities are built, most of my soldiers are Captain/Major). But hey, this'll give me something to do.

Podo OneK I already did Alien Hunters (the scars my soldiers have from the rulers is proof enough), and yeah, I will probably just do another run since I can't seem to trigger Shen's Last Gift on my endgame file.

Yikes! I just beat an iron man commander game with hunters this morning and now I have to process yet another chain of encounters. How will I survive all this?
to all those who have already brought the dlc here's my thought on it:
1. Hard as hell when playing on commander difficulty or harder with a 5 man squad in the 2nd month
2. you will be over run
3. Newfoundland with robots and hella of alot of turrents
4.Lily aint half bad a soldier

What exactly happens if shen dies. Just curious. Can she die? Does it immediately fail the mission?
You fail the mission and have to restart it. Same thing happens if the Spark dies.
0:59 wait, i just noticed that you used the broken grenade throw animation in the trailer. Why? in base game sparks cant even throw grenades.
But honestly you should make an animation for throwing grenades. quite some mods do use such animation, but since there isnt one, we see this broken stuff.
i know it seems like a unnesecary little thing, but it would be great if you would add this one animation
