I think you could describe it as "Comic Book". I feel like that gives a good starting point at least, when it comes to thinking about the artstyle.

Telltale got “revived” last year by LCG Entertainment (Telltale is now a new company with the old name) and announced TWAU 2 at the 2019 Game Awards th-cam.com/video/pb55ycOwGFA/w-d-xo.html
they’re partnering with Adhoc Studios, formed by ex-Telltale employees, and got the voice actors back

Loved the first installment and the second one was okay too (Never got over losing Lee, lmao). Everything felt apart in the last one. I really couldn't care less about any of the characters.
