20K Kericho Long Run: Maguerra Athletics Camp by Coach Sammy Nyokaye

- In this Olympic season, we had the privilege of featuring a 20K Long Run training session for some of our local athletes courtesy of Coach Sammy Nyokaye. The entire camp ran for 19 kilometers on the outskirts of Kericho town from Kipsigis Girls High School to the "Duka Moja/Mzungu wa Ndege" intersection. Coach Sammy emphasized the importance of including long runs in preparations for long races, especially half-marathons; as some of the athletes are preparing for the Nairobi Expressway Marathon/ Nairobi City Marathon.

Hello i am a great fan of athletics and sports lite.
I had suggested in one of you video that you should include showing the actual paces at different distance stages in your videos since it will provide more insights on how the pro's train.
You can check how sweat-elite youtube channel are brilliant in providing numeric information data consisting of paces and distances.
