About your statements on claire, bumping her down to A for her situational awareness and loosing sherry is a bit unfair because she knew there was something up with him but didn't want to let him know that. She also couldn't help losing sherry as they were separated due to dangerous situations. Good opinion on claire in code veronica though.
I always thought Claire not questioning the mayor's daughter's corpse with Irons was less her believing him and more her recognizing that Irons was extremely suspicious, creepy, and dangerous and it would probably be in her best interest not to antagonize him if possible. Like how in her intro cutscene, she tries to tell the zombies (not realizing thats what they are) that she doesnt care what theyre doing (eating a corpse) and she's willing to just leave. Claire will fight if she needs to, but she tries to avoid conflict when possible.

OG nemesis also had a great AI. He would literally adapt to anything you’d try to do. One example is if you hide behind a pillar and he pulls out his rocket, he’ll understand what you’re trying to do and fake you out by running immediately. He even tries to trick the player into hiding behind a pillar just so he can rush you down.
Did you make this all and include all the clips that defend the arugment and what they reference is amazing. First teir list i have ever seen do that to justify the placement
15:00 I don't know if y'all mentioned it later on in the video or not, but the reason Sherry didn't outright die and instead incubated the G virus in her was because of her DNA compatibility with her father, William. When a host is infected directly by the G virus the way William was that patient zero essentially goes on a quest to spread to someone directly compatible for the G virus to evolve further and further. It WOULD have eventually killed Sherry and turned her into what her father was becoming only slower, however, due to Clarie's finding the vaccine in the umbrella lab under the sewers that William and Annette were working at and giving it to Sherry it not only saved her but gave her a healing factor. It also slowed her aging down like Jill as well I believe but yeah also plot armor to some degree but most main characters have that lol!
In the Dreamcast version of Code Veronica Wesker is even more of a coward, he gets slapped by Alexia twice, goes "Ight Ima head out" and that's the last time you see him. I love both that and the X version because it showed how powerful ALexia was and whatever Wesker had was nothing compared to T-Veronica. I wish she was a reoccuring villain being a bioterrorist rival to Wesker having similar ambitions, that's what bothers me about RE is that every villain dies accept Wesker until RE5.

So they didn't name the game after Nemesis, they named Nemesis after the game. When RE3 came out, he wasn't called Nemesis. But after many years fans took to calling him that. He was called Nemesis however in the RE3 remake game but again only because fans decided that was his name over the years.
You may be thinking of Tyrant-00 since thats his official in-game name, but the fans called him Mr. X. Throughout the years, it just stuck. Thank God too, cuz the memes are fire. As for Nemesis, Mikami himself calls him that in an interview only 4 months after the game's release, intentionally making him like the T-1000 in T2, and to be a sort of 'nemesis' to Jill.

I like both for different reasons. People forget that during the PS1 era the Japanese teams were literally hiring the English VAs and a lot of the actors were living in Japan. Imagine a Japanese company trying to hire an English voice actor in Japan or with Japanese connections who needs to fake a Spanish accent for just a few thousand dollars at most. It's actually really quaint listening to these VAs.
