My first thought, as i was about half way thru the video, as you're making all the tick marks and drawing in all the angled squares, I thought "man, I bet he'd be great at plotting out a mandala drawing".🤔 then my immediate next thought as you finished all the squares before tracing them into flipbook form was a kaleidoscope flip book!! Have you ever made one?!?! That would be the ultimate geometry journey! Love the content, Andy!❤
Dear Andymation, thank you for inspiring me to get into flip books! You have changed my childhood forever! I hope you never give up on your dreams and keep making flipbooks! I also have a question. How do lefties use the light board? Sorry for the long comment.
Hey man, I haven’t watched you in years but I stumbled upon your channel like 5 years ago and it was a major push towards me getting into animation, thank you for changing my life.
just make 2 of these perspective squares and connect them with lines, you can erase any marks you shouldn't see after that to make a solid rotating cube :)
I always used to draw when I was little and I started doing flip books and my science teacher saw me drew and showed me your channel and this channel has always been a Somthing I looked up to thank you
It took me a moment to see how moving the center dot of the circle makes sense, but the closer you are to it the more the farther side of the circle is proportionately farther away than the near side. Since both halves of the circle are the same length, as one gets farther away it appears to shrink relative to the other! That's cool, and something that had totally never occurred to me before.
Your videos are so cool, in fact I just started your video when you remade your favorite flip books, you mentioned you had gone on a mission, so l was thinking you should make a flip book about it 😁
So cool. I would like to see how you would flip (like a perspective coin flip) the square instead of rotating it. I imagine it involves rotating the original oval?
Hey! Its Sofie from BTTF! Love this! i will use it for flipbooks, but I'm an anime artist, and im always wanting to make cityscapes, but always shy away because i cant seem to get the perspective right! So thsi helps a looot
I really hope you take video ideas because i would love to see a flipbook of pluto being sad about no longer being a planet and i know a professional like yourself would do way beyter than a beginner like myself
You can do traditional animation with an animation paper and a animation desk or a animation light table like Disney animators do back in the early 1990s 😉😉😉😉😉😉👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Please andymation make a dinasour claymation withe a old nostalgic feel to it. make it black and white if you can sincerely,Jimmy Van Valien/future animater.
First he was an animator. Then a philosopher. Now he's a geometry teacher.

Yes, please! Gimmee more! Anything you can teach about flip-book animation would be a gift. Thanks!

I want to see a rotating cube, Andy!
The color bled through the back of the pages and it looked cool when you flipped it. Maybe you could make a mirror image symmetric flip book?
I absolutely love this channel!! I’ve been watching for 5 years now 🎉🎉❤

🙌❤️
Yes to rotating cube!!
As a kid I used to make tiny flip book animations. Now for some reason those memories were unlocked and here I am. 😅
I haven't seen you in so long, it still feels so nice to watch your vids.
Brilliant Man! Love this!
You should start doing these types of how to videos
Thank you for this sir.
This is so damn cool!!! Hell yeah. Thanks a lot Andy!
I haven’t seen one of your videos in ages and I forgot how good there were

Andy please do a video where you try out digital animation. I hope you see this😊
But where is future Andy though? We're concerned about the future!
Now we need a Masterclass!
God bless you Andy

Hi, Andy. Have you ever made a flipbook using colored paper, but each page was a different color?
Can you do the same for a Triangle? This works really well
AMAZING
I wanna see that cube!
I really hope you take video ideas because i would love to see a flipbook of pluto being sad about no longer being a planet and i know a professional like yourself would do way beyter than a beginner like myself
i want you as my geometry teacher now-
Great! Now do it digitally.
next up is how to draw shapes on top of that square, building a full room(?)
Hey Andy I wanted to order your flipbook kit fo you have international shipping?
I love u Andy as a small animator please notice me I'm a big fan
As a digital artist (kinda) this is easy.
When I saw your pfp, I thought it was a front view of Snoopy until I saw a better view of it. 😅
Could you do a video that you give multiple flip books for us to have a idea for simple flip books and I know it’s a lot to ask
Please do a flip book in the rubber hose style in the 1930's
You try to do traditional animation with animation paper
I dare you to make a epic burp flip book
Nice

Can you please make a turning red flipbook😊
I am eight years old. I make flip books in class because I have no idea what to do.
I can’t draw so I won’t buy the flip book kit but I’m happy to hear about the joy it brings to others.
If you can draw a stick man you can make a flip book! 😊
@@chandlerhyers2553 It still won’t be fun. I’ll stick to sewing and knitting.🧶 🪡
