I really love how you show all of the effort and time is put into simple flip books and how you show that sometimes you won't be able to think of anything when you sit down to draw. I feel like this video will help a lot of people who feel the need to give up just because they can't think of something to create.

The way you give life to draws or even dots makes something inside me lights up with joy and remember old and more colorful times. I really really appreciate your videos!! You deserve all the love in the world!!
It’s Awesome how creative you were as a kid!!! I mean the plastic thing with the flash light was brilliant! Now days it makes me realize how much we have… You are one of my biggest inspirations keep it up!!!!
When I was a kid I was obsessed with the spy kid movies so I used stuff around the house to make spy equipment and dress up like a spy, I'd say I had a pretty wild imagination lol
The way I used to make a flip book before getting your kit was to take a spiral memo the remove the round thing and use my tablet as a light pad by using a white background and putting it to the highest brightness. Was really hard but I loved after I made it. Thank you for inspiring me so much ❤️❤️❤️
The part about "trying to think of something to draw/animante is real af. As a kid we just start without any reason or idea. As an adult , we turned creativity into a product/commodity. reconnecting with the spontaneity and joy is a conscious step, and an intentional practice. I teach my students that art is the physical manifestation/leftovers of creative joy.
Oh my gosh. I love this so much! Great concept, I love that you included your parents. I laughed when you had to go back for the camera...twice. And I especially laughed really hard at the High Five flipbook. Genius idea from your dad with the plastic sink cover!! Might have to try that! Truly love your content, you continue to inspire me!! Thank you!! ❤
3:12 When creative people are so creative they find a creative way to save money or not spend any money at all on equipment for their creative work before they even start making their creative piece. In other words when he was a kid he was being creative before he even started making flip books and found a creative solution to solve the money problem so that he can actually make flipbooks That's what impresses me about creative people. They are able to find creative solutions and are able to make something out of nothing and I just can't fathom how they can do that

Sweet my daughter has been watching you recently and really interested in flipbooks. I think we have some Index Cards, Rubber Bands, and Pencils for her to use instead of the paper she has been playing with. We purchased a A4 tracing light pad from Amazon for $15, which she has used for tracing picture, but it will be a great to use for flipbooks too. FYI. I also make short LEGO animations, and have been helping her understand what I do and the flipbooks are very similar. Maybe if she makes something that can be animated with LEGO mini figures, then I will help her create a LEGO animation with it.
@@desavaliakshith6280 I doubt it. Andy's products are great, but for younger kids just starting in flipbooks it is best to just get Index Cards to start and determine if more should be invested.
