Nice home. The upstairs floor plan confused me a bit. It seemed like a owners retreat. But the owners room was on main. Very nice but it seems like a lot of unnecessary space.
But what do I know, i am commenting with a family of three. This house will be perfect for a big family.
This home is STUNNING. The overall layout. The kitchen with the oversized island and sink facing the window. The master suite with plenty of closet space. Plus a basement and extra living space upstairs. It’s worth the price.
It certainly does have a lot of square footage.

That was absolutely beautiful to see the windows and natural light coming in. The floors are magnificent. The kitchen is incredible, and the basement is shockingly terrific 😁 My favorite is the entry to the house, I love 💕 washed brick 🧱 it adds so much pop appeal to the house. The back patio area is definitely beautiful too. I’m seeing a pool 🏊♀️ landscape, fruit trees 🍉 🍑 🍏 and a garden’s paradise 🥬 🍅 🌽 great for grilling outdoors. Hi Trizz..If you really want this home or to have one builtt just like it all you have to do is be seroius and you can have it built...you've already asked yourself the big question how can it be so...follow your dreams...see yourself in one just like it...imagine that it's really for you and keep that focus in mind. Meditate and think of how you can began to prepare your financial status for having it built....it doesn't have to cost a million if you have it built in a different location and on different land...I'm no expert but I also practice seeing myself with things that I truly desire....I focus on them daily and prepare my mind, financial status to reach my desires....use your creative and intuitive mind to have what you desire....it may take a while but hey who is in a hurry....start now who knows in five years or so there it is!!!
