Nice house! Toll Brothers are building like crazy out here in certain parts of Southern California too - and the finished product is stunning! It’s nice to compare their work in different states - all beautiful! The price point seems to be a bit higher on this end.

The toll brothers homes in Southern California seem cheap like they look beautiful but I feel like the quality isn’t there. Just like in 10 years I feel like they will be falling apart.

Toll brothers never disappoints..I am yet to see any building company that is better than them. And their staging always makes the house even more appealing…
Blue Heron homes ......I heard toll brother homes are cheaply built if you look at their reviews.
Unfortunately when we were looking to purchase about 7 years ago I fell in love with a Toll Brothers home here in MD and after doing research it was a hard pass for me. I found several stories of failing products and refusal to repair, many stories of deception with pre-approvals and stories of homes appraisals falling short of building cost that left home owners to come up with 10’s of thousands of dollars or face lawsuits.

Richardson Homes use quality products and don’t cut corners with cheap windows and flooring.
Toll Brothers are cheaply built homes for the price. The have a lot of customer complaints online.

Love Toll Brothers style of construction. I saw so many places I would love to lounge around inside this house. If I had $2 million, I would DEFINITELY get them to build a home for me just as beautiful as this one. I love everything about it but the only upgrade I would have to have with a home this size, is a pool would have to go in the ground in the backyard.

Toll Brothers hits the bullseye every single time, their homes are simply beautiful and this is no exception, this is a lovely home even without a pool, i love this, the only thing is the location, i would prefer if it was in Las Vegas then the cherry on top would be complete and that pool would possibly be included, thank you for the tour of this fantastic property.

I see similar complaints on other channels and no one complained when they slowed down. People want to appreciate the home even if they're not looking to buy.
