Hi everyone, I wanted to demonstrate some of the classic differences between a good and bad interview answer, let me know if you have any questions or comments, thanks!
Very succinct, no fluff, really solid examples. After hearing example 2 it was clear which was better and you clearly outlined why as well. Thanks for this!

@@jeffhsipepi hi Jeff, had my very last one yesterday (4 in total).... Fingers crossed and will make sure to let you know about the outcome! Thanks again for your support.
@@jeffhsipepi JEFF.... I GOT THE JOB!!!!! Thanks a million again and I hope that you will help a lot of others people reach their dream employment :) :) Stay well and have a great xmas time.
@Jeffhsipepi I have my interviews scheduled, and it wasn't clear to me which interview would be first. I already reached out to the recruiter, but no response yet. Is the interviews usually in the order of RRK->GCA->Googleyness+Leadership?
@gracewang4096, the order is typically more dependent on availability than following a certain order. And your Recruiter should provide you with this information. What is most important is building a strong foundation with the STAR and CFAS method and always remembering to answer hypothetical questions like you are already in the role!

I truly appreciate this kind of bad vs. good examples. Shows what I am doing wrong which is not always clear if you only learn from good examples.
Thuy Doanova, thanks, I am glad you found this video helpful!

@Jeff. Really great video to give us good understanding about the clarity, specificity and making sure to highlight key points in the answer! 👍

Which one was considered to be the good answer?
Jasmine - 3:08 - Answer #2
Be specific about critical details that speak to what's getting solved and how but not too much irrelevant detail - is my takeaway.
Shyam, yes!!! Great takeaway!
