  • Welcome to the Inner Shala Embodied Mindfulness Series.
    Each week for the month of May, I will release an embodiment practice where we dive deeper into the senses of our body.
    Today, calm body and mind, release stress and nurture your heart with this 15 minute breath and touch practice.
    A practice perfect for those days where you don't have much time, but are in need of a moment of calm.
    The breath can be an automated action, which barely goes noticed. Or, when practiced with intention it can be a doorway within.
