From the Exodite's opening statement, I really feel like the Eldari are just ignorant of the entire idea of teaching. You want them to learn the lessons from your own people? How? Have you ever taken a moment to talk to them about it? Any of them? I mean, the Imperium probably wouldn't listen, but the Tau almost certainly would.
Let's put it this way, the Eldari is one of those high IQ aliens that if they talk to Humans or Tau is like me talking to a new born baby ape. Tau to Eldar are somewhat lesser beings to them and they too are very judgemental to teach or trust them to know their ways, even if their ways of teaching them these lessons are very trivial, ambiguous and confusing.
