Ingredients:
1 8 ounce cream cheese
2 6 ounce packages of strawberry jell-O
4 Cups boiling water (divided)
2 1/2 Cups salted pretzels (before crushing them)
1 Cup granulated sugar (divided)
1 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip (thawed in refrigerator )
1 1/2 lbs fresh strawberries
1 Stick unsalted butter
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
