    Should have had confined space and hazmat training to do that work...someone needs to be held accountable.

    The employees were never given confined space training and the space wasn't purged to allow oxygen to enter the container.

    I used to work there that place is no good they don't really care for their employees

      yeah wtf do they give them special training to handle hazmat situations? I thought cleaning out those chemical tankers was a specialty job like cleaning up a crime scene, not something normal car wash employees would be sent to do

    Maybe it was nitrogen. Do no oxygen inside. Fell unconscious quickly. Other employees tried to help. Also succumb.

    Hazmat is hazardous humans are sacrificed to it all the time . Just usually over decades. It's sad , min wage hard workers
