I've had an air-fryer for a while now and have to say it gets the most use as a Rotisserie! Works like a charm - the chicken is always done perfectly and moist! Your trussing technique looks super, Ken! I definitely need to practice it. Thanks for the demonstration!
Bless you for this video!!! Boy oh boy, can't tell y'all how many times a wonderful soul's youtube video has rescued me from being completely obtuse on how to accomplish certain tasks. I have one of those Gourmia 14 qt air fryers with the rotisserie function. And I purchased one of those small pre-cooked pork belly from Trader Joe's. Now the box only has instructions for skillet preparation, but I felt like it'd be much better done rotisserie style. And while the Gourmia manual gives instructions on how to use it, I still couldn't understand without seeing it visually. Because of this video I am now standing here watching my pork belly rotate in the fryer. And all the golden brown juices glistening on it's skin. I've also made some mac & cheese and biscuits. Can't wait to dig in!!! 🍖 Many thanks!!!! 🙌🏽
Thank you this will be my first time making my own rotisserie chicken 😊. I appreciate your tutorial teaching me step by step. You couldn't have explained it any easier. Just like butter smooth as can be. 🤗. Have a wonderful and blessed day.

Trying mine out today!! Got it for Christmas❤️ So 400⁰ for 40-45 minutes... Thank you! It doesn't really give times that ive seen... Hope mine turns out as good as yours!!🙏🏻❤️
@@KenClick That's what I wanna do😂 I really wanted it for the rotisserie! You remember the old showtime rotisserie cookers? You cannot find em now... So fingers crossed the next one stays good to go!!🤞🏼🙏🏻
I live with my boyfriend, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, and they are ALL fussy eaters. But my air-fried rotisserie chicken is everyone’s favorite thing to eat, hands down!
Boy, this video should go viral once the word gets out about the way you truss a chicken which is normally hard to do. I might just have to try it again now that trussing can be done securely. You might want to change the title to emphasise the word truss.
Love doing rotisserie chicken on the grill. Now you make me want to get an air fryer so I can do it inside on rainy days!!!🤣🤣🤣. Love watching your videos. Is there a link to where you got your airfryer? Great video!!👍👍👍 found the link👍👍👍👍
Turkeys and chickens don't have a chance. They are bread and born and raised to end up getting stuffed. Awsome great video the chicken looks delicious. But it seems like he must have shrunk a lot. He looked a lot smaller after you cooked him. Great video & recipe. One day I will get a rotisserie. Thumbs up to your video & recipe. Thanks for sharing, Stay well & warm.
You are one of the few who correctly shows how to truss a bird. Too many look like they are wrapping a mummy. The problem with those who just do it willy nilly is they allow the string to go over the beast area. Big no no. Stringing across the breast area can cause the breast skin to break and dry out the white meat.
Auto correct kept me from typing breast instead of beast in my earlier comment. and can't edit. Question. Did that tool for removing the bird with the rod come with your cooker? That looks really handy but Emerils 360 airfryer doesn't come with one.
My issue...over and over... It drives me crazy trying to get the chicken balanced, so it does complete a resolution without going...CLUNK. I don't mean cluck...I mean clunk...
