Esthetician here! The LED light mask is normally very safe and widely used in facial treatments. As I’ve seen many LED masks, this felt a bit on the “cheaply made” side, which could mean a harsher light, but not all the time. Also, if you’re skin isn’t used it it, there could be some slight erythema (redness) forming. No fear though, it just means your skin is stimulating and there’s blood flowing! I would keep using it in all the colours since the best results form after long use. Love your videos! 💜
@@sophielouuuise Also, LED lights shouldn't produce any heat so if you felt warmth that's a little weird and probably what made your skin a little red (just from blood flow). I'm sure it's completely fine to use though

Some girly advice: Use the tampons on your heaviest day and make sure it's saturated when you take it out so it doesn't hurt, or even pee first and then take it out. Still wear a pantiliner just in case you pick the wrong size at first. Best of luck!
Also, just to add to this, don’t put it in all the way to the end of the applicator. Put it up until the end of the thicker bit- that way you know it’s securely in the right place as it’s the size of the tampon itself rather than the stick too. That’s just to help you push it in ☺️☺️
@@SpookyScaryMakeup in the uk we can get with and without the applicator, but at a young age most girls aren’t shown the ones without. So they don’t learn to use them till they’re a fair bit older and also some girls just aren’t able to use them without the applicator.

For your period video if you're trying tampons I'd definitely recommend trying non-applicator tampons too. Some people don't like them as you have to push them in yourself, but personally I find that gives you way more control than an applicator and they feel a lot more comfortable once in too!
I rarely use anything except tampons but we don't really have the ones with applicators here, and they kinda freak me out whenever I see them in videos, I totally agree that she should test out both versions. The ones with the applicator just seems very fiddly and take a lot of space in your bag (if you compare them to ones without an applicator that is).
Yeah, In Germany I never so one of these applicators with tampons, I don't know if it makes at that much easier but the applicator are single use plastic so they produce a lot of waste, so maybe try tampons without applicators
If the blush being so red is part of why you don’t particularly like it, mix it with a tiny bit of foundation or some type of skin tint, it makes it more pink and sometimes helps it look better on your specific skin tone
About the tampons; remember to put them far enough in, I really can't stress it enough, I didn't and I was scared of using them for a few years after, and definetly do not yoink it out if it's dry, it will hurt depending on the level of moisture you produce :)

It was so cute watching Soph figure out how to use a tampon. ❤ Push BOTTOM plastic piece up, which will push the cotton piece into you. Then, pull the whole applicator down and out. The only piece that should be left in you is the cotton piece. The reason it broke when you tried it the first time is because you pushed the top applicator piece down, instead of pushing the bottom part up, and then pulling the whole thing out.
just so you know the LED mask thing is actually really good, i had the little like stick version where you put it on the spot in question and i used it like 3 times where i could feel a spot coming and it really helped
I love my Luxskin LED mask, it's really uncomfortable at first and left marks on my face but it's ok now I've been using it a while. I get more dramatic, immediate results from LED treatment at a salon but I'm still seeing improvement in skin texture and amount of breakouts I get. Keep going with it, it's completely safe. I have sensitive skin too.
Hey Sophie, really love your videos, I just have a suggestion. When you do these videos and include things that would take time to see a difference (e.g. skin care/hair care/teeth whitening), it would be nice if we could see the whole process. I remember in past videos where you've said 'obviously I cant see results yet after one try' and I think if you could actually show the process, the video would be more helpful. I'm not going to know if a product is worth buying if I've only seen someone use it once and don't know if it works. Personally I think putting more time into one video and getting to see the results is better than seeing 2 videos where you'd only test the item once.
Thank you for continuing to push through and grow. Thanks for the LITTLE time out of my day where I get a LITTLE more joy!!! Thanks for being you. Xoxoxox loved the stream with Jazz and Soph as well 💕💕💕💕💕

Sophie, I feel like you need to give the tattoos another chance! I’ve been using ink box for awhile.. and their tattoos come out fully pigmented and they last beautifully! Really love these videos! You have the sweetest most entertaining personality ❤️
I would put lotion on the area first. Let it sit for a little while then wash it and use the wipe! Keep your skin relaxed so it doesn’t crease as much! Really give it a good press after it’s on to make sure it’s all in contact with your skin! ❤️😊 hope this helps! They are so much fun!
Push the top part in - leaving the skinnier bottom part out ... there is a pattern on the top part hold this with your other hand like a snooker queue then with the other hand push the skinny bottom part up - it pushes the cotton tampon into the lady part! :)
Agree with you with the smell of the Charlotte tilbury airbrush foundation as I own it aswell and thought it did. Just a tip when you next use Apply with a brush and then go over with a beauty blender afterwards. Honestly the coverage is flawless. x
Foreo does a stick version of that mask, only they use UV lights and vibrations (can’t remember exactly why the vibrations help). I swear by my little foreo UV stick, has helped me with so many unexpected acne breakouts 💕
I absolutely love these videos they are my favs along with advent calendar videos and that little octopus creature was so adorable and I want one now due to this video. Love you Sophie ❤️❤️
I really love these videos (love all of your videos really) but I think it's really cool to see what's advertised to you and whether they're worth it or not! Always trust your honest opinion :) Can't wait for the period video, I've also only used pads and I need alternatives!! Literally can't go one period without staining a pair of undies of my bed :// Love you Soph xx
Hi Sophie! You don't need to put the applicator of the tampon in in. Just need to pop it a little bit. You'll have to do it a couple times because the angle at which you put it in is important thus why I'd recommend popping it in with one leg up on a chair or bed or whatever. At least for the first few times you do it. You'll know if it isn't in properly because you'll be very aware that it's there when this happens I just get a clean finger and gently push the tampon in a bit further and gently forward or back depending on if it feels like there's excess pressure to one side or the other. A lot of the ways people mess up putting tampons in is either putting it too far or too shallow. Or by it being at the wrong angle. The angle issue is just that you want to point it towards your tail bone, not straight upwards. How far in however is completely down to your own body so it takes some experimentation. Best of luck on your little sanitary product journey! And whatever you're most comfortable with please do stick with and know there's nothing wrong with whatever products you use (For example peoples stigma against pads, but I myself can't use anything else anymore because I have fibromyalgia and tampons and cups hurt too much nowadays, but used to be fine) it's all about your comfort. There's nothing wrong about any option you decide on. (This goes for anyone who may be reading this 💕)

I have sensitive skin too.
you literally brighten up my day thank you!!🤍
Awww!! 💗
For the blush thing if you put it before your foundation it is a little easier and more subtle
I love the new backround so much! These videos are some of my faves✨
Aww thank you!! 🥰
I was just thinking about how I missed these! So excited :)
Aww yay! 🥰
Wait same lol
Thank you for continuing to push through and grow. Thanks for the LITTLE time out of my day where I get a LITTLE more joy!!! Thanks for being you. Xoxoxox loved the stream with Jazz and Soph as well 💕💕💕💕💕
Aww! Thank you!! 🥰
Honestly made my day watching this. Also I’ve been wanting to try Angelle collection but been put off by the price but have heard they’re super luxurious so it was nice to see you try them impartially x
Aww i'm so glad!! 🥰
I'm so excited for this period video!!🤣☺
Your testing clip for the tampon reminds me of the first time I tried tampons. I was very confused for a moment then I was like "oooooooo". Looking forward to that video to see what you thought of the different things! 😊
I do find that some people are allergic to certain lights! Me and my friend both have reactions to the LED lamps when we do our gel nails, but the exact same gel varnish uncured is fine!
your voice is just so soothing omg 😍
Thank youuuu! 🥰
I have the Charlotte tilbury foundation and it’s honestly my favourite, love how lightweight it feels aswell and have such a nice finish, have noticed a play dough smell tho haha
Sophies style is so cool ! You seem so more confident ! I love the cat glass even though I'm a dog owner :)
Aww thank you!! 🥰
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEE do k beauty you look amazing with the pink blush😍
sophie: with his little octopus legs

Oops 😂💗
This is one of my favorite series you do!!!!!
Sophie, I feel like you need to give the tattoos another chance! I’ve been using ink box for awhile.. and their tattoos come out fully pigmented and they last beautifully!
Really love these videos! You have the sweetest most entertaining personality ❤️
Aw really!! Maybe i did something wrong.. i’ve still got the other one to try so hopefully that one goes a bit better!
& thank you!! 🥰
I would put lotion on the area first. Let it sit for a little while then wash it and use the wipe! Keep your skin relaxed so it doesn’t crease as much! Really give it a good press after it’s on to make sure it’s all in contact with your skin! ❤️😊 hope this helps! They are so much fun!
you look so pretty !! Love the brows and the blush on you 🤎🤎🤎
Push the top part in - leaving the skinnier bottom part out ... there is a pattern on the top part hold this with your other hand like a snooker queue then with the other hand push the skinny bottom part up - it pushes the cotton tampon into the lady part! :)
You are literally glowing in all these videos in this!!!!! What foundation are you wearing?🥺❤️
I love that you know what a cyberman is!!!!! I LOVE doctor who as much and when you said that it made me sooooo happy
Aww 😂 i was a big doctor who fan a little while ago 💗
YOUR HAIR LOOKS AS AMAZING AS IT CAN EVER BE!! lend them to me pleaaaasseee
Aww thank you!! 🥰
omg that cat bear mug thing keeps coming up for me too, its really cute but can't warrant buying it for myself just for the sake of it
I bought 2 for a friend for her birthday. It got it out of my system, and she LOVES them
Agree with you with the smell of the Charlotte tilbury airbrush foundation as I own it aswell and thought it did. Just a tip when you next use Apply with a brush and then go over with a beauty blender afterwards. Honestly the coverage is flawless. x
Ooh okay i’ll try that! 🥰
Your my all time fave youtuber your so real and relatable. You don't take yourself too seriously which I love. Keep being you because your amazing
Aww! thank you so much 🥰
Foreo does a stick version of that mask, only they use UV lights and vibrations (can’t remember exactly why the vibrations help). I swear by my little foreo UV stick, has helped me with so many unexpected acne breakouts 💕
Oooh i love my Foreo cleansing brush thingy but i hadn't heard of that! sounds good! 🥰
Omg you haven't done one of these is do long im so excited
🥰🥰
It’s been such a long time since I’ve seen one of your videos! Glad I caught this one :)
I do wish you had linked to the products though
Soph your brows look soo nice!!! X

If you don't like them there is a charity in Brighton that gives period products to girls who need it! Xx
I absolutely love these videos they are my favs along with advent calendar videos and that little octopus creature was so adorable and I want one now due to this video. Love you Sophie ❤️❤️
Thank you so much! haha it's so cute!! 🥰
These were the videos I used to watch on repeat love them sooooo much ❤️❤️❤️💕
Aww! Thank you! 🥰
Sophie the tampons that you bought you actually don't throw the packaging away when you run it under water it dissolves
I really love these videos (love all of your videos really) but I think it's really cool to see what's advertised to you and whether they're worth it or not! Always trust your honest opinion :)
Can't wait for the period video, I've also only used pads and I need alternatives!! Literally can't go one period without staining a pair of undies of my bed ://
Love you Soph xx
Thank you so much!! 🥰
(This goes for anyone who may be reading this 💕)
Lucy, thank you! I’ve read comment after comment about not using plastic applicators, if that is what works best to help make our periods a little bit easier DO IT! I’m sick of seeing girls shaming other girls on what they use, it’s not nice at all.
@@debbiec4498 Yes 100% we all need to just do what's best for us and our bodies. And stop hating on others lives and experiences 💕 thanks so much for your understanding
Your hair always look amazing, so shiney and healthy! If I didn’t have boy short hair I would definitely try function beauty.
