- Hello friends! I am so tickled to share this laundry room renovation with you! Check out my #commissionlinks below if you like the products I used! This makeover has been in the works for a long time- in fact, some of you have come to visit my store, JD's, to see me and I've been home working on this laundry room! From the board and batten, to the peel and stick wallpaper, to the target accessories, this DIY room transformation was done with the skillful hands of my husband and my vision to create a sweet vintage space of function. I am so pleased with how this turned out!

OMG!!! The second you mentioned the wallpaper I had to pause the video and find it!!!! I'm such a bunny nut, my husband nicknamed me Snugglebunny way back in our college days!! This has jumpstarted my heart to finally get my design game on for my home...rough few years kept me too down to care. I don't have much of a laundry room, more like a closet, but this has sparked some ideas that could solve a lot of issues that have nagged me about it for YEARS!!! Thank you, thank you!!! I'll have to take pictures when I'm done!!! ❤️❤️

Jennifer, I LOVE everything about this laundry room! I cannot believe the wallpaper is from Target. I, too, love bunnies, and the color is beautiful, calming and classic. We put tung oil on our 150-year-old beautiful dining table. What a huge, huge mistake! The glasses made circles on the table top. We eventually had to sand to get rid of the circles. I can't tell you how much we have regretted putting the Tung oil on that table. After we sanded it, we applied mat finish polyurethane and that has been absolutely wonderful. I wish we had done that to begin with and then we would have never had to abuse the tabletop by sending it. So, I absolutely do not recommend Tung oil for a surface that will have water on it from time to time. The table top has been beautiful now for about 30 years and I am so happy that we put the urethane on.
I really need to do some serious redo in my laundry room. Yours looks really pretty.

Lovely laundry room! I am redoing mine too, but it is in the basement under the stairs with no window. I painted it pale aqua (Benjamin Moore Bluebonnet) and the concrete floor is one shade darker on the paint card. I do wish mine could be as elegant as yours!
I am going to make a skirt for the tub style laundry room sink. I do have a pretty rug…

Hello. I love Rustoleum chalk paint. And, I use Miniwax Polyacrylic for the top coat. :)

Love the laundry room! Can’t wait to see the floor makeover. Are your walls textured? I wanted to do peel and stick but everything I read said it doesn’t stick to textured walls.
