That thing was a striped burrfish. I've caught a couple off boats before, but they were way smaller. You can hold them usually, but he was so big and heavy it was making the spikes push into my hand more. Really pretty fish, crazy spikes and beaks.

Crazy double. Iv been there twice one when I was 11 almost drowned under the right side of the big pier got stung by jelly fish bad and a wave caught me. Went again to fish 7 years ago and it was so cold it was unbelievable. I love the ocean hope i get to go bk im 34 and been a single dad of two kids for 4 years

Hey! Been starting to watch your videos all the time now. I am moving to willmington island in two weeks and my boyfriend and I are trying to know what set up to buy and where to start fishing on Tybee, plan to get out there at least 2-3times a week if not more since it’s so close. I do have some recommendations in some of my videos. I'll say that you don't have to spend a fortune on rods and reels to successfully fish our beaches. If you really want to learn how to fish Tybee Island, I would say the best thing to do would be to book me for a morning fishing session. You will learn more in that 3-4 hours than from any amount of TH-cam videos, and you'll definitely be prepared to go out and do it yourself. Message my Facebook page for booking details.

Hey brother what is the measurements in inches for the length and with of your cart for the cage part trying to find one the same size and go ahead and have it before next weekend just incase I can't find one in person at a store in Jacksonville or jekyll which ever my wife decides for us to do our vacation at lol and what size would you say would be perfect for surf fishing then one that would be perfect for pier and surf like a versatile good for both type of rods or penn combos that matches those descriptions bud?
