I heard that dua is from a weak Hadith and that the correct one is ذهب الظمأ وابتلت العروق وثبت الاجر ان شا الله which means ,The thirst is gone, the veins are afflicted, and the reward is fixed, God willing. Kindly do look into it

Dhahaba al-zama’ wa abtalat al-‘urooq wa thabata al-ajr in sha Allaah
Thirst is gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is certain if Allaah wills.

I'm a Muslim Born and raised in the UK, and even though my ethnic cuisine is full of flavour, it's nice to have English food that isn't so over the top in spice. So baked beans, fired eggs, toast, hash browns and halal or vegetariana sausages, they just hit different. I do love me my Halal englsub breakfast, and sometimes I do put a twist in the beans like add onions and coriander(cilantro), I just love it. 🤤🤤🤤
we say اللهم لك صمت و على رزقك أفطرت، ذهب الظمأ و إبتلت العروق و ثبت الأجر إن شاء الله or Allahuma laka sumt wa aala rizqika aftart, dhahaba al damaa' w ibtallat al urouq wa thabata al ajru inshaAllah
I say when breaking fast : " allahumma inni lak sumtu vabika aamantu va-alayka tawakkaltu va-ala rizkik aftartu fataqabbal minni ".

When you brake your fast you say : ذهب الظمأ وابتلت العروق وثبت الأجر إنشاء الله
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to say this du’a when breaking his fast: ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
(Thirst is gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is certain if Allah wills) as the translation suggests, dua to be said after breaking the fast.

The issue with the price in the Middle East is the import charges. I’ve been in Amman for a year and I buy everything fairly local, but when I get an intense craving, for example a traditional American chicken noodle soup and I have to go downtown, then a head of celery is nearly $9 USD, a bag of Brussels sprouts is $7 USD, a small4 oz carton of blueberries/raspberries/blackberries is $5-8 USD etc etc

Baked beans, I get what you mean, but it's just one of those things you have since you are a child and then I think it's mainly for the memory and the good feels of childhood/family times that you keep on eating it even as an adult. We used to have an english breakfast every sunday morning together as a family.
Knowing my palette as an adult, if I discovered it now, I don't think I would take it on, but hey 😅

3:09 the only beans I eat are baked beans! They are sooo good! You should try them, heat them up in a pan add salt, pepper, onions etc sooo good on toast and with eggs!
And I watch vlogs around 2pm or 9am depending on when I’m less busy and feel lazy or what an entertainment break .

As for your request, I would love to see you guys visit Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi..about half an hour away from Dubai if I reamember correctly or was that Sharjah?..lol. (Just reminiscing the time I was there for holidays many moons ago) and maybe spend iftar at the mosque if they cater for it. If not would still be nice to see you in that location in this Holy Month.

Basically the bean sauce is sweet. And sometimes u need sauce with bread eggs etc, realistically no one really needs the beans. Its the bean sauce that we need!!!!

I live in the UK and still don't get why baked beans are a staple in a british house hold. In my opinion they don't taste well....they are not for me 😂
Add some onions to a pot with a little bit of oil or butter and let it Soften alittle add beans and coriander, even add chopped green Chillies, takes it to another level
