"You can't call yourself a makeup artist unless you can do EVERYONE." exactly this! I feel the same way about hairstylists that struggle to work with those who have kinky, coily hair. If you are limited to only fair complexions and straight hair, go back to school!
At this point I don't understand how you start wearing sunscreen but don't know that it is the last step. I can kinda understand putting it first if you have been exposed to that misinformation of it needing to get absorbed and activated, but in the middle? Totally 0 thought went into it.
I really adore the addition of Nikki on these - it’s great to get perspective on both the skin and the makeup and your dynamic is so supportive and lovely to see.
I actually love that COSRX snail mucin cleanser!! haha I don't know why it's so great- unlike the other snail mucin products, it's actually quite stiff, does an amazing job of removing makeup and no eye blurriness or irritation. A must have! and so affordable!
I find it so strange, even if you had absolutely no idea about skincare...this routine wouldn't even make sense right? It'd feel weird putting the products on like that....
wait I don't think topicals does an eye cream I think that's there faded serum which is meant for hyperpigmentation but because its so strong I'm surprised it doesn't irritate her eyes
Love watching you two collaborate! Question though, I’m still a little confused on sunscreen application. If it should be the last step, what about applying face primer after that? Or am I confusing skin care and makeup in the same category? Also, do you recommend buying a primer that has an SPF in it?

Primer is a makeup step so it should go after SPF. There are also some sunscreens that can act as a makeup primer.
