    Thanks so much for the excellent video. 👏 It’s a video I’ll continue to rewatch. I had a cervical fusion done 2 yrs ago, then 6 months after that I had a rotator cuff surgery. I’ve been in extreme pain since my rotator cuff surgery. The surgeon who did the rotator cuff should’ve known to wait before having surgery so soon.

    Wonderful video. Just 1 thing. Wish when you focused in and explained the movements and what muscles are involved with said compound movement, it was animated. It's animated when first mentioning the lats movementss but later on when closing in and explaining in detail the arm is stationary. Would do wonders for that visual to be animated. Cheers!

    hi,i get involintary muscle spazms.in most of these areas ,i have nerve damage from car accident 35 year's ago,i have last year 2 nerves burned out for back bone problems lower spine aprox l5 area .my neck is damaged but it locks n clicks loudly evenmy wife can hear it,since the nerves have been burnt out 2x a month i get like hamstring cramp then can't walk for a day or 2.sorry if im a bit muddled up,so i can work sweeping or raking for about an hour then soon as i lay down within 5 minutes the spazms start around lati dorsi do you know why? and also do you know why since nerves burnt out for sciatica in my back i get this tendon cramp ?anyone please help it's excruciating pain,thank you.ox oh i also get burning cramp around both sides of my diaphragm.

      Start eating healthy, loose weight and drink A LOT OF WATER it may sound counter intuative but work out! Lightly with weights
