SHOW DESCRIPTION: In this podcast I talk about intrusive thoughts, and how to manage them using what I call “thinker moments”. Intrusive thinking is can be defined as uncontrollable, unwanted thoughts that we feel unable to resist. This kind of thinking is often a way of coping with an underlying, unresolved issue. It’s not always the most effective or sustainable way to deal with pain or trauma, but it’s a coping mechanism-a type of distraction you use to try to keep the source of your pain bearable, at least in the short term.

I overcame intrusive thoughts, they used to be so bad I couldn’t hear myself think, I was bombarded with them so much it made me cry. I am so grateful to God for helping me through.

... the lines ARE going to become more n more BLURRED. Our main focus needs to be upright, repented, pure.. forgiveness & Love. Then discerning dark spirits will be quite clear. We are entering "those days" . Lord bless you with peace and freedom. In Jesus name. Hallelujah. Be ready!! That Trumpet is being lifted to Gabriels lips. Glory

If you learn about how our brains work, the areas that control your thoughts and just witness it like she’s saying. It helps so much. For me and I think most people those thoughts are protective, trying to keep us safe.

silly idea - no one can know what its like to have another mind, we are all trapped inside our own subjectivity - it could be argued all thoughts are intrusive in that 'we' or an 'i'. a controlling force with free will is an illusion.
