With micro-ATX, there has t been a lot of recent options, and even though this case has a couple of pain-points from a building perspective - the fact that you covered the issues as well as the price point and thermals can make this a great choice for a smaller footprint build. The soft RGB colors you chose would make it a great piece on any desk size.
Great review and test build. My only gripe with it is that you failed to address the pre-installed tri-color RGB fans (static color basically). Some people might buy the case thinking the fans are RGB or ARGB when it is not the case.

In what colors do they change? thanks for the info in advance :) edit: I am thinking of getting this Case, do you also happen to know the fans RPM? My mobo has only 1 header for fans, so I am not sure if it will be safe to connect all 3 of them to a fan hub then to that slot...
I just built a i5-14400 with a Deepcool LT520 on an ASRock B760M PG Riptide platform. This was a pleasant build. I did have trouble with the PSU motherboard cable as the one supplied was not very flexible. If you use some individually sleeved cabled it makes routing much easier. With just the 120mm fan out back and the two 120mm radiator fans in top mount it ran cool at 45C full load using Prime 95 and 25C at idle. This customer just wanted a low latency trading machine. But with the external graphics slot available for future upgrade the client will be set for a long time.

thinking about building a pc, and I saw this for $50 to get me started, because if I keep saying “I want a pc” and dont start off somewhere then that pc aint gonna build itself
@@Mqlcolm Yeap, airflow is amazing in this case. My ryzen 5 2600's temperatures before this case were idle ~43C max ~90C, with this case idle is ~35c and max ~70C. Airflow really helped my temps
@@Mqlcolm Its a awesome case considering its price. Had mine 3 months only problems ive had is the audio port on the io may have problems. Any audio device plugged into it has loud interference sounds. airflow is great but I wouldn't recommend it if you are using a 280 aio as they dont fit on front and barely do on the top.
Why are the case fans backwards? The rear fan is intake and the front fans are exhaust. The rear case fan and the cpu cooler are blowing towards each other.

Hey Robey, I have a question will if have good thermals with the default fans and a: Deepcool LS520 SE 85.85 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler on the top of the case, it would be cooling a Ryzen 7 5800X3D . And a: Asus TUF GAMING GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 GB Video Card or another 3 fan 4070 ti. Will it have good thermals on the cpu and gpu with that case?
I must say tho slimmer cards would probably work better. I got a chunky RTX 3070 and It works but It definitely could use more space. Been considering switching to AIO cooler and than getting a vertical mount for the gpu but not sure
I don't understand your choice of airflow set-up. why would you make the intake at the back, stick the cpu cooler as pulling air from where the front would be and then make the front fans exhaust??? this is so backwards of what a normal set-up would be...

Great video, i too was having trouble with the hard drive shelf, turns out if you flip over the case , you can unscrew the mounts and take it out.

I got this model case and the drive tray was totally removable. Seems they listened lol

looking at your build looks like you put the fans the wrong way for air flow. Perhaps that was you temp readings issue.

it is removable, just unscrew the 2 two screws below the hdd cage and push the cage up.

I don't get so hung up on lack of rubber grommets; I can't justfy, say an extra $10 just for rubber gromments. Might for an extra $5.
