Saito FA 180 Part 2/3 Assembly.

When checking the timing where the valves rock these marks should be equally spaced on either side of the top dead center mark. On this engine it is but on some engines, they are not and they run a bit differently. It does not matter how you change the timing to either side it stays off but the bottom two marks should be equal.
I Had to replace some O-rings and make some gaskets and it is ready for testing.
