Your videos on the dismantle ,clean, rebuild are fantastic. i have been in rc for only a year and have only flown electric airplanes. I have an old FA80 in similar condition as yours and you have given me the knowledge and confidence to do this myself...Thankyou!!!!! Dave Flannery South Carolina USA
Please please show more of this kind of content. I don't think anyone else show restoring these great engines. I will buy a saito after seeing this. Can't wait for Capt blaz engine assembly video. You all three work great together. Great assist Andrew and great filming pilot Robert. It is great how you support each other in something you love. To bad more brothers can't do this! What a better world it would be
This is a true gold, I'm into this hobby for about ten years now. On the start I owned a few planes with nitro engines but never learned how to use them, maybe I was too lazy. So I flew only electric and you know what some say about flying electric planes, it's like sex with condom, clean and safe but incomplete! So after almost 10 years and because of your videos that I started following a few months ago I bought a nitro plane.. And I'm soooo happy about it, It's a Hangar 9 Thunderbolt P47D 60 size with Saito FA 91. Oh my god, the sound!!! Well that was the buy of the decade! I love this plane and this engine. Thank you guys for your passion about planes and nitro engines and the energy you use to bring us all the excitement! Ivan
And it would be great if one word in every video you try to translate and use on slovenian. Like the word Nipple, If i'm correct it would sound something like 'sisica'...
Thanks captain Blaz , i love that old Saito, cant wait to see this one cleaned up and rebuilt by the master captain Blaz . I just bought an old Os 40 from ebay $30 , ive bought 3 old engines because you guys got me back into the nitro engines . Cant wait to see the filming of Captain Blaz rebuilding this Saito. Thanks for filming him captain Andrew, take care guys .
@@BlažPetrinčič i need to build a nice 40 size plane , not sure yet maybe a cub but id like something old even an old timer . They fly really good and easy to fly . You gus are are great and you're helping the whole hobby, Cant wait to start these engines up, oh yeah .
It ran? Cant wait to see Capt Blaz handy work, and thanks to Adrian from Australia, its like he 's made a donation to the whole RC community, great stuff, great hobby, great people
Jesus Christ, I find myself saying, "This is it, hey!" or "This is one for the viewers, hey." in my best Slovenian accent - even when I am not flying planes! I knew you would get it running. I have a OS 40 2 stroke that has been in my old Flair Harvard for 25 years (since I was about 12) and it came from one of my grandfathers planes - so who knows how old it really is! They just keep going!
Very nice of Adrian to send you such a great 4 stroke engine and good to see you are still with the brothers Andrew just perfect love the videos. Andrew from Australia signing off with a big salute to you all.
Doc. Blaz works the magic once again. Cant wait to see it back in the air. Good job on the camera Robert. Thanks for the video. Just having fun RC'n with friends.
Another great video. My Saito FA-80 is one of my favourite engines. I use a 13x7 apc two blade prop and it will do 10000+ revs on 10% nitro not running lean. I can't wait to see it run after you rebuild it.
Captain Blaz gets so excited when he plays with the nitro hey ! Very funny to watch ! I agree with the other viewers. Petrincic Aviation needs to market T-shirts (maybe a polo shirt too) and hats. I would proudly wear your brand gentlemen ! Cheers ! 🍻
I really like a pumped OS four stroke like your FS 120 without a muffler. However, Saitos have higher compression, more torque, and swing a big props. And they have a really smooth, low idle with a smooth transition. A very nice engine!
I love your channel, your babblink, your honesty, everything. I just wish you guys would get your sexual innuendos in check. I feel really bad that I can't watch your vidohs anymore with my wife around.
13 min 38 s. Rob used a finger to close mufler and higher preasure blowed this white thing closing fuel in pipe so than you got a problem with start Saito. Great engine anyway . Bravo Boys !!! :-)
That could be it. Saito's like a bit of fuel pressure. Blaz, I will go and check the Waco it came out of and see where they got muffler pressure from, seeing it didn't have a muffler in the Waco, just an exhaust pipe.
Hi Robert and Blaz I was just watching this fantastic video so as to make my day as they always do and I was wondering if it is possible for me to buy one of your fantastic tee shirts as this would make my year thankyou boys for all that you do for this great hobby for all of the world to see and a big salute from me (Tim) in the uk
We will try to do something about that my friend. We just cant find good and simple way. I dont want to open web store becouse I really dont have time for that. Maybe you have some idea. Cheers, Robert
Hi, Robert, I am so sorry I think I have started something here, could it be possible for your supplier to sell them directly to us (your adoring public) that might be a solution to this phenomenon Big Big Salute to you and Blaz
Blaz, when you adjust the carb, only turn it 2 or 3 clicks at the time. In your excitement, you are making too large adjustments at one time. When it gets real close, only one click of adjustment on the high end can make a huge difference.
What a fantastic sound of this engine. I really start to like the four strokes. Do you guys have a plane with dual (2x) 4-strokes? That would be awesome.
That moment I'm sitting here like "guys the tanks not pressurized, guys..." Probably didn't help the engine running. I might have to make a stand like that.
Another good way is boil in lemon juice....used this method on old motorcycle carbs, brings them up like new. (then just stick them in the dishwasher while the wife's out lol)
Nitro porn, funny stuff. Doctor Blaz strikes again. I can't wait to see that engine cleaned and running like new. What plane will you try it on? Salute from Maine. Rick
So happy the old Saito made it and might see it's glory days once again.
And thanks for the salute my friend. Adrian from Australia.
LannaKing oh just wait to see that baby all cleaned up ;) it is like new!!!!
Thanks my friend for such nice gift. Captain Blaž loves it. Big salute to you from Slovenia. Cheers, Robert

trastek92 yes this is also true...
Your cleaned engine looks so shiny. Do you change your cleaning process?
Wolfgang Rumpel depens on how dirty it is...this one was boiling in antifreze for 2,5 hours...
