You can store the cake in the fridge! just try to let it come to room temperature in a cool or air conditioned room when it comes time to eat it! this will help reduce the condensation! I usually place my cakes in my fridge unwrapped, but I also don't really keep real food in my fridge
First of all, this looks AMAZING! Thank you for sharing! But I have a question! What size boxes do you use for your smaller and taller cakes like this? I am having a really hard time trying to figure out how to transport 3 layer 4inch and 6 inch cakes. :(
Since it's just melted chocolate (nothing else mixed in), it should keep it's shape once it cool and hardens. As long as the swirls aren't too thin, it should be fine! you can also temper the chocolate to ensure it's really strong. Did you mix anything else in with your chocolate? Hope that helps!

So something to keep in mind. I measured my parchment around my cake pan. Did the swirls of chocolate. When it was time to wrap the cake, it was short. Both times ! I didn’t take into consideration the thickness of the icing 😢ugh. Had to make a bandaid strip.

it varies based on the type of chocolate! For dark chocolate, reheat to 88°F to 91°F. For milk and white chocolate, reheat to 87°F to 88°F

I just use 10x10x5 inch boxes, and either prop the top open or cut it off! it''s almost impossible to find tall boxes at a reasonable price 🙈
