Okay two things... one. Am I the only one who always forgets he’s topless because I’m to involved in what he’s doing? And two. I’ve done this with a milk chocolate Hershey’s bar... it looks just as nice and tastes great. Yes high end chocolate is probably better but not 100% necessary.

yes if you temper it! You just need to adjust the tempering temperature
