I really like the Max for bass, but the cinema probably has a crisper sound!

So what’s your opinion on Yamaha. I bought the YAS1090 from Costco as something cheap for my living room. It’s a nice sound bar but now I was looking at the True X line of products. Do you have any experiences with them? What would you recommend for the $500 range?
