Very timely! I live in a town with an Ikea and was looking for a rattan style light fixture to put over my kitchen table. Will also pick up some of those glass dessert bowls. I can attest to the comfort of the Ikea duvet and separate comforter. I've had mind for 2 years and it washes well and is the softest set I've had--great in winter and summer
Applard is so sleek but can’t remove and wash seat cover. We just bought the Soderham and made it U shaped w the crème fabric (the dark was too grey and we thought it would be black; it wasn’t). It looks amazing in our MCM style home w authentic classic pieces throughout. Also the black pony IKEA rug looks great just make sure you get one that isn’t warn from the display stand.
We waited for months for the Dyrgrip glasses to come back in stock. They remind us of the wine glasses in use in Italy. Restaurants served every wine variety in them, including prosecco. We love them.
IKEA truly gives quality along with a good price point! I am grateful to the Designers of IKEA that puts creativity and affordability together! Yes, they are Designers!!💕💜

I'm so so glad I found your videos! I'm really trying to update our home, but there are a few things I'm really struggling with and can't find any videos on them! 1) wastebaskets in each room 2) where to put/hide gaming consoles/DVD players. Our TV is right above the mantle so our Nintendo Switch sits on the mantle and kind of ruins the joy of being able to decorate it. Would love to see a video that talks about how to make these things work within a designer-looking space!
I love so much IKEA stuff but their sofa's always look cheap and messy in the store so not sure how they hold up in real life. The towels shown look a bit like kitchen tea towels! I do need to go there to stock up on sponges, lint rollers and trouser hangers, they do the little things and organisational items so well. Thanks for all your videos.

The only IKEA item I own but love. I bought this dresser around 12 years ago... the MANDAL dresser, and it's very MCM, really nice, and I still have it and love it... they also made some nice bed side tables and mini cabinets in this style as well... if you can find them, check em out and let me know what you think because I love them.

I have a dark grey floor on my living room with big window almost a whole wall but not floor to ceiling. I have beautiful dark brown rectangle coffee table I want to keep but I don't want to make the room dark. Any idea on what colors furniture I should add? We have kids so no white I guess.

Am I the only one that wonders why almost every dining table at ikea has gaps in between the planks? Do any of the designers of these pieces ever clean their kitchen?
Yeah I think it’s cheaper because it makes the table top half the size while shipping, but I also really dislike it haha. Makes it annoying when using the table as a desk while writing/drawing stuff on paper and stuff always gets in between the gap 😂

It’s the same all over the world in most stores. It’s not just IKEA. There are still supply chain issues. You can ask on the website for a notification when the item you’re interested in is in stock. Saves a trip to the store. At least these aren’t essential items, but rather things we would just like to have.
Oh Kristen. The sofa id designer look but very expensive for what it is, in my opinion. I just bought a sofa in that very same royal blue texture for a little more than a thousand and it comes with 2 end recliners. And the linen bedding fabric definitely a matter of taste and not soft to the skin. As usual I love your channel just not this one.
