Wow, Nev i can’t believe how many Perch were following the Lure, and by the looks of some of them they were huge! You’ve really taken Lure fishing to another level with your drone footage. It’s such an exciting new development in the production of fishing videos. Well done mate 👍🏼👍🏼
Hi Nev, these are the facts from the VFA website, you can check yourself but if course you will delete this comment. The scientific fact still remains. Estuary Perch are the ONLY species described by the VFA as "Under exploited" and there is ZERO commercial netting pressure on them. They are present in 78% of vic waterways and overly abundant. When you catch and release, 10% on average will die.. this is scientifically proven so you kill 10% of Estuary perch you catch just for thrills.. Here is the VFA facts "Few anglers are adept at fishing for and catching estuary perch. Stocks are greatly under-exploited and provide opportunities for a very rewarding fishing experience. There are good numbers of large fish with mean length of fish captured by the Department being 32 cm and averaging 500 g in weight. Their eating quality (flavour and texture) are superb. They can be confused with Australian bass" Our fishing club is going to write the VFA to increase the bag limit to 8. Of course nev, delete the factual comment and keep killing perch for likes on youtube MATE

5:23 a metric bucket load of fish either side of the lure here. Not such clear water but the fish are visible. Epic stuff. Haha I spoke too soon, hooked up moments later….. 🎉
9:45 that’s super amazing, the sheer biomass of Estuary Perch in this system is mind boggling! There must be thousands in every hundred metres of mangrove edged shoreline. A reminder everyone of just how vitally important it is to preserve mangrove habitat, every one of those fish was born in amongst a mangrove root system. Mangrove habitat is under threat across Australia, every new housing development or tourist attraction near mangroves usually means their removal. It’s not smelly mess, it is fish breeding habitat.
Hey nevs, I'm a 14 yo from Tooradin and I have seen your videos from Tooradin, I recently caught a 40cm bream a bit further up from we're you were the first time and would love to see you try for a bream in there as a bit of a challenge😅
Buddyyyyy, Nev said what the lure was. Just watch the vid and you’ll know. Lures either float, stay midwater or dive deep. You can also read the description.
That drone footage is just the best need more of it. Nev you champion 💪👌
Appreciate it mate! Is cool to watch
Nev NEVER DISAPPOINTS
So cool watching the drone footage, it really gives you an insight as to how the fish follow and take the lure
I agree, is sick to see their behaviour

Awesome video. As someone who is pretty new to fishing, seeing how the fish behave and react to the work you put on the lure is really helpful.
This dive into fish behaviour was mate. Super valuable seeing the drone footage and having you review it too.
You are the Master of the river. You play god & kind to the fish. What a wonderful fisherman.
Hey Nev just wondering if you could make a short video about your rod set ups and the rigs you use?
Will do mate!

Always keen for that :)
Shut up mate we don’t need anymore snapper videos 😂 milking it fr
That was awesome. It's really interesting to see how they have a crack at the lure.
