I mean there have been instances where there were witnesses to what did or did not happen to the victim(and times, where "victim" didn't know the witnesses were there to catch them out. sadly I had the unenviable experience of being the witness for my sister's ex she was trying to get even with because he had broken up with her. She pushed the situation to the point where I HAD to say she was lying. She was willing to try to fake a rape kit. I know it is not the norm and lying victims don't usually go so extreme) but they feel the need to hurt the person because they are hurting. Even before my sister's situation, politicians (and more recently game developers) celebrities and average college guys getting falsely me too'd, I have always been cautious. Hear the victim out, hear the accused out and go from there. Being accused is almost as bad as being convicted. Recently a game developer killed himself after being accused. Based on a woman's accusation(for attention) he was fired from his project and basically had his life taken away. There was absolutely no proof but the public and his company were afraid of the outrage mob. They were getting threats on the phone, email, twitter and a few even went to their office...all based on what has now been proven to be a malicious lie because she was coming under fire for things she had done and she wanted to develop games...but nobody wanted her to develop their games. Sorry for the long rant, I am not yelling at you. It's just when people say always and/or never to unknown facts. I have been an actual victim. I wanted justice and I was very angry. But, I personally didn't want a public execution or shaming. It wasn't his family's, friends or employer's fault. No need to go after them. Again sorry. I know everyone is different and will want different things, but that is why we have a justice system(granted it's flawed but nothing isn't) to deal with these things using evidence, laws, and facts, not emotions. :) Otherwise, my reply is how every situation where somebody feels wronged, would go LOL

I think they all were exposed to inappropriate grown stuff when they were young. Maybe if someone recognized this, they could have gotten help early on. I hope one day I have the ability to come on this show and have abuse recognized as well. My mother's ex boyfriend(in his mid 30s when the attacks started) molested me from the age of 9-18. I got pregnant at 15 by him. I am now almost 22 and trying to move on still. Not only sexual abuse, but mental, and physical as well. We are strong, us survivors. My story will be heard one day. And he WILL get his in the end!
Macho was 9 when this started and at that age you don’t know how bad this is. Joey at 16 was probably fully aware and likely coached his brother to do this for his own benefit. I think they all were exposed to inappropriate grown stuff when they were young. Maybe if someone recognized this, they could have gotten help early on. Traumatized kids grow into traumatized adults if things aren't dealt with. Joey is scared of going to prison. He knows he did wrong. I hope one day I have the ability to come on this show and have abuse recognized as well. My mother's ex boyfriend(in his mid 30s when the attacks started) molested me from the age of 9-18. I got pregnant at 15 by him. I am now almost 22 and trying to move on still. Not only sexual abuse, but mental, and physical as well. We are strong, us survivors. My story will be heard one day. And he WILL get his in the end!

Macho was 9 when this started and at that age you don’t know how bad this is. Joey at 16 was probably fully aware and likely coached his brother to do this for his own benefit. Chances are Macho was also probably touched when he was younger and unfortunately it may have been by Joey. In my opinion Macho is much as a victim as Vickiana was.
