Usually I don't get emotional about Steve's shows. This one, though, hits home. Shes a good mother and because no one protected her, She's over protective of her children. I cant blame her for that. I, too, was a victim of child sexual abuse and no one listened. It was swept under the rug my whole life. It tore our family apart. My abuser is now doing time because he actually got caught touching other young family members. However, I know exactly how this woman feels. After its happened to you, it makes you try so very hard to prevent it happening to your babies cause you know the long time mental and emotional impact it has on your life. I applaud her for protecting her kids even if it meant getting rid of the man she loves. She's stronger than my parents ever were.
It was diaper rash. She didn't think it was anything sexual until she thought on it after the child exhibited sexual behaviors. There was no sexual abuse in this case. It was suspected only. The mother was over vigilant and hyper sensitive because she is a victim of child sex abuse.
That's made me look at it differently and u sound like ur experience has changed u forever but I still gear strength in ur words and I pray God continues to make u stronger than the day beforehand. Sorry to hear u suffered but glad that through ur surviving u can help others with ur experienced and story. Bless u

It’s always that fear deep inside of everyone being a suspect bcuz so many ppl abuse children. It’s everywhere and it happens so much. You see it EVERYWHERE in every way of life. We unknowingly sleep next to abusers. Have children with them, only to discover they’ve violated your deepest trust, and hurt you in a place that’s so hard to heal. It happens in every tax bracket, every form of authority, schools, churches...doesn’t discriminate against anybody. This woman is acting out of what she NEEDED someone to do for her. I understand. I am her pain.

My youngest sister was getting abused by our moms boyfriend, at age 8. Our mom did not believe her. Or even investigate it. My sister still suffers from this today, as a grown woman. So it's an understatement for me, to say this woman is an AMAZING mom to immediately do what she felt was right, take child to hospital and separate from boyfriend until she had the truth. Great job mom!! So glad he passed
You can tell his love for her is deep. After the accusations he took a step back but remained there for her, proved his innocence on the show and proposed to her with pure heart. All the best for the future brother.

They aren’t that protective if they’re putting men around their kids that share no relation to the child. A child of a single mother is more likely to be sexually abused than a single man raising his kids. That’s because men don’t purposely put their children in danger.

If it was me, I would have waited for the vindicating polygraph results, then dropped the mic (exited the relationship)! False accusations like this can permanently harm a man's reputation leading to loss of employment, false arrest, etc. Why risk it? Her apology wouldn't fix the harm she would cause.

My kid is 12 years old, and even though I basically know for a fact that neither her father or my boyfriend have ever done anything bad to her, it is still in the back of my mind always. I live through it and push past it based on logic, but I was also single for 6 years between my ex husband and my now boyfriend, only because I refused to have a man around my child who in didnt feel like I could trust 99%. I will never trust anyone 100% simply because of my childhood. Sad, but it's the truth.

Awww I really like them both. The guy really loves her and her kids. And she was really hurt as a child but is trying so hard to be the best mom. I wish nothing but years and years of love and happiness for them.

If your a innocent man and your woman accuses you of something like this, you gotta leave her.
When a person is accuse of child molestation/abuse which he never did it. the case shouldn't be drop from there but,also should file a case against faults allegations which is also a character accesination.
