1:13 the real singularity here. I can recognize the difference with the new "aim assist" however it's not really aim assist and more no longer is every inch of ground considered possible biopod spots forcing you to shoot at a wall 17 different times to find the right angle, it seems to grid snap now or lock on which is where I think they got aim assist from. which will be so useful.
I love these changes... I've been asking for it to look at survivors to make chase less of a "which way will my pod be facing". XD Now to remove the audio bug and he will be a brand new polished machine.
You need to understand that the cooldown for being around a hooked survivor was more than just not being able to use biopods for that duration, but your movement is super slow, and you can't do any actions during that, not even break a pallet/wall/gen, or even vault a window. Right now you have to wait those whole 5 seconds to do ANYTHING and i'm really happy it's now just 1.5
Okay, you might be able to remote destroy, but if you're going to destroy one in front of you, you might as well just blast it again to save time. That will only be good for pods close to gens that have already popped, which I guess is the idea.

the only real issue i have with all these changes is the emp change, i feel like it should be maybe 90% that it has a limit of. survivors spend very little time actually gaining the emp while at the same time making the singularity weaker by getting rid of slipstreams. to be so dependent on it yet survivors are able to get rid of it by very quickly going out their way to go to a chest just hinders him. overall though the idea of actually needing to manually print it out is very well, i just feel like the limit before you need to manually print should be lower instead of 97%
Yeah, good changes. But I barely go against it and I hope it stays that way. At least a Nurse or Blight ends the misery quicker. Against Singularity, we slowly but surely lose since we can't coordinate EMPs as solos and keep wasting time with them instead of completing generators. Yeah, we counter his power but it does not matter without gen progress.

Omg I pray they'll add proximity voice chat in the game so if you're singularity in a bipod you can hear survivors talking and talk back to them through it like an intercom 😭😭 but I know it'll never happen
Makes me upset that they killed Knight because of "the lack of counterplay." I genuinely found it to be a skill issue and any issues Knight had was tied to bugs.

In fact, I would argue that this new update will make him more defensive than Skull Merchant as his cooldowns are generous and 10 meters of travel is nothing to Jailer. Maybe if people would actually start abusing and recognizing the power of the standard dropped by guards, people would actually realize that there are leagues of nuance and options when fighting Knight, and if they wanted to nerf killers based on how annoying they are, how the hell has Doctor not received a novel of pages worth of notes attacking his power.
I feel the 3% haste is alittle unnecessary considering his power denies pallet stuns when used right but everything else is good and makes singularity a lot better and much easier to use compared to how he used to be
As a singularity main, the 3% haste is VERY much needed. The amount of ground you need to cover when slipstreaming to a survivor while in chase is such a hastle. Without his purple addon you gain almost no distance when trying to catch up unless the survivors have no clue how to loop.

@@emman4124 Hi, no. SOMA addon was basically mandatory, played him all the way up to P100, this and Rapid Brutality is basically the only thing that makes him good in chase. You lose matches as Singu with either poor chases (due to lack of speed or LOS blockers with indoor maps especially) or good coordination from the survivors on EMP-ing your pods on gens. The haste buff was needed, literally the only Singu players remaining will tell you the same.

If a killer uses 25% of their power budget (2 biopids) and skillfully places them apart enough, they should be able to teleport to that gen. Find another gen to work on. And in case of “but 3-gen” - 3 gen does not functions with recent anti 3-gen changes.

If it's bothersome to add features for inclusivity, maybe they should separate out ranked from casual and make a dedicated ranked mode with no assistance. Then true gamers can separate themselves from people who need a little help to play. Win-win.

Killers literally camp regardless of the new anti camp mechanics, it's called proxy camping and of course they make this killer can just wake up in less than 2 seconds so he is back tunneling in no time.
