Kyle I'm subbed to your channel for at least 10 years. Perhaps you're the first car channel on YT that I knew of, even. Many of my favorite cars - your videos of them had been the first one ever I've seen. I just realized watching this video the way both you & your channel grew over all these years and I also grew alongside you. Quite a journey.
Dude, it's impressive to see where you are, from how you started. Even better is you've maintained humility as opposed to others that test cars on TH-cam (say like DDeM). Keep on doing what you do.
My dad’s a wholesale car dealer. One time he bought an ‘07 GT-R from a dealer in Fairfax, VA and later a ‘13 GT-R from a dealer in Alexandria, VA. As my dad described the GT-R, it’s a Ferrari for 1/3 the sticker price. I drove the ‘13 GT-R from Alexandria down to Fredericksburg, VA where I live, and it was actually very pleasant to drive on the public roads. Though I would think the car’s like me in that it prefers track-day driving over everyday driving. By the way this video was posted on my birthday.
I think the only people allowed to bitch about “it’s time for a new one” are the ones that actually owned or have owned a Nissan GT-R and not the civic owners
Hey man..!! start subs your channel since i was in highschool.. in 2011 i think, watching your review about gtr premium edition.. thanks to your review ive purchase 2015 gtr black edition.. your voice truely bring some memories.. thanks mann
I was fortunate enough to drive a Ferrari 430 and Nissan GT-R on a short track in successive years. I prefer the GT-R. It was ridunculous fast, but also you didn’t feel like you were driving a chandelier. I was so scared of even a scrape on the Ferrari, but the Nissan just felt like a comfy daily driver with insane performance
Kyle I've been your follower since the beginning of your channel. I'm very happy you are starting to make more reviews like in the old days. You are the Best 😁😁. Blessings from Panama 🇵🇦🤙🏼
Great review, as always! I remember the R-35 had a huge task when it was launched, to be a high performance and somewhat affordable sports car, and it did a great job! I’m not sure, but I think it doesn’t have any direct Japanese competitor to this day, maybe de Honda/Acura NSX, but I don’t think both cars are really on the same category. Looking forward to see what Nissan will do to the next generation GT-R!
@@saabkyle04 sound reminded me of my old saab 9-3, when cold started it made same kind of sound. Valves or something making sound before oil pressure gets up.
It's quiet because once you reach this level of car pricing the clients are not teenagers. They love the performance and handling, and only want to hear the turbos whistle. I know for myself I'm way past noisy V8s at my stage of my life and want my Nissan GTR as quiet as possible but as powerful as an elephant when I ask of it
Can you do a review to these hypercars on the future, the Mclaren Sabre, noble m600, hennessey venom gt, Ssc ultimate aero, saleen s7 twin turbo, ssc tuatara, possibly the aria fxe and the htt plethore, please?, Greetings from Chile. 🤩🤩🤩

It's on my dream car list. But anything over 60K will be staying on that list. I will have to be satisfied with my 2018 370Z, another " old " design that at 30K is the best sports car value out there. But I bought it to Drive not to be entertained by.
Time to catch up on your videos bin pretty busy anyways great video Kyle love the car really digging the brown leather trim with the black really brings out the car nice for Manuel shift ability If I want to drive standard I like the old school shifting better but for the newer cars I don't mind the pattle shifting other than that cars awsome thumbs up and shared

I've always loved the R35 GTR since it came out, such an awesome car, but for me is not worth the money brand new anymore, you can get a 3 or 4 years older one with some miles on it for way less and still have a car that performs really great, it might be outdated but still can give a good fight! Really enjoyed the review! 😁
this car is timeless, i love it
I'm going to have to agree with you on the timeless beauty of this car. Definitely one of the 7 cars in my dream garage.
More like this car is so dated such a retro throwback to 2007
Yea it's time to come out with a new model
Timeless?🤣 Nissan be selling the same car from 2007 tf
My math teacher in 10th grade had a 2015 and told me it was the best car he couldn't afford to own. Great times

Rented a 2021 GTR, the trunk and rear seat sold me over an Audi R8. Similar performance but much more comfortable and just as thrilling

The man who created the TH-cam car review segment himself. Good to see you still at it Kyle.
Finally the proper reviewer is back
Man, Kyle, I reemember the beginnings of your channel. Well done and great work. Cheers from Switzerland.
This GT-R is amazing! Good job with the review on this car! I love this white exterior color!
Man, this thing has been around since 2008...It's had a good run but I think it's time for an R36
It has been around for a while, but still just as awesome. I'm eagerly awaiting to see what they do for an R36.
Agreed. I hope with the whole remake of the Nissan lineup the GTR is being redesigned too.
@@TARS.. 400z are awesome
They’re not going to make an r36 as long as they can keep selling fools this car from 2007

Just with some modern accents and a optional MT.

Good job with the video. I really like your car reviews and project cars.
Glad you like them!

Love how Nissan is still selling the same exact car all these years later
They learned that from Porsche..
😂
It's still pretty amazing though!
It's considerably different from when it debuted.
Didn't know they still made these
Best car reviewer on TH-cam hands down
Weird sound when starting, like valves clacking?
direct injection is loud
That's normal, look it up, these cars have always had louder drivelines, however it has been improved over the years. Just the way it is.

So glad Nissan hasn't totally abandoned the gt-r yet!
It’s over 10 years old... they need to do a complete redesign already, GTR is irrelevant in today’s line up of supercars
They've more or less abandoned the GT3 program though.
Is there an actual difference between the 2017 and this? (Except from the blue exhaust tips)
Rumored to be the last year for the R35 GT-R 🤓
For the year we’re in and the price of thr car it needs a better cluster and stereo
First and i love your channel
There is no better sport car than GTR.Price, speed, comfort
Fun fact: the vehicle display showing the telematics of the car was made by the same people who made the Gran Turismo video game, Polyphony Digital.
