I'm still improving my conversational english, so i actually find this channel very helpful. One of my recent doubts was about how to order food or what was the typical conversation while ordering, so i'm learning a LOT from this
as part of customer service is complimentary to ask people how they are doing and so on. you dont need to tell them your life story, just small talk and interesting topics.

Most people just make the sandwich and move on with their day but you actually make an effort to talk to them and see how they are that awesome man. Sometimes when I'm making my own sandwich, I open the fridge for a slice of cheese and forgot what I needed to take. Dude make multiple subs while talking to customers at the same time, each sub has it's own ingredients. It's really not as easy as it looks. I can never imagine myself to be able to do this.
