I would love to see a video of you cleaning a “normal” rug, straight out of someone’s home, to see how much dirt comes out of a seemingly clean carpet!
thats not really the premise of my channel. I look for the rugs no-one wants anymore and that would've gone into landfill. Saving rugs rather than clean ones people still want to keep.
I cleaned mine on my patio with a pet hair scrubber brush & squeegee, garden hose, and some Tide. OMG I thought it looked fine but the dirt just kept coming and coming and coming and coming!
In a world that can be unpredictable and scary, it's nice to know I can spend some time watching James clean a rug that was meant for the landfill. I love how prediable each step is and the incredible camera angles. James truly is an artist and I just know the animal rescues appreciate his donations.
That’s awesome that he donates them to shelters and rescues!! As an SPCA volunteer, donations are ALWAYS SO appreciated by staff and volunteers… and especially cats and dogs!
That was my rug. I lost everything in that flood. I'm so heart swollen to see that my rug didn't just decay into waste. Its as beautiful as it was when I left home that fateful morning.
I'm retired now, but I've done a fair amount of floor work over the years; carpet, wood, tile, linoleum, and concrete. I always get great satisfaction from seeing the end result of work like this! Well done!
After an absolute mongrol day at work, it's Mountain Rug therapy time, on my third video so far and all is right in the world once again. Thank you James😊
Sometimes these videos make me imagine being a shaggy unloved carpet just to get the care and love and deep clean these lucky rugs are getting. Great work.
I would love to see a video of you cleaning the room, your tools, the trough where the water goes, etc. Also, the end drying process. Love your work James. No other rug cleaning channel comes close to yours!
I absolutely agree! We've watched James clean many rugs, but we've not yet gotten to see him clean the cleaning necessities. I marvel at how quickly the dirty waste water receptacle fills up.
I recall seeing a trough-cleaning video. But I got the feeling James was going to start cleaning it daily. However, the trough always seems to have debris in it already as he starts on a newly acquired rug. I sure wish he didn't have to do all that manually.
Sure, there are plenty of other rug cleaning channels out there on youtube, But your camera angles and your cleaning methods are the sole reason why I am subscribed to yours and yours alone. Second, would you ever do a really long video, like for this one it would be satisfying to see it uncut and see you cleaning the pit out to prepare for the submission, the drying and spinning, just an entire start to finish? Finally, great job as always!!
