This was only implemented recently (well a good couple years ago time flies). The majority of people do not tip outside delivery/sit down restaurants. We also find it ridiculous its being added to nearly every service you pay with card
They like his customer service. It’s not a restaurant and since he’s in a food truck the customers can’t really give a tip if the customer takes the food and drives off. I don’t see any table and chairs to sit and eat and then give him a tip.
