to those who want to stay away from quick release wheels due to airbag removal .. you can also get a carbon steering wheel that you switch your airbag/horn center-piece into, they're super clean!
Great video man thank you. I found your channel yesterday as I'm about to buy some cosmis xt006rs for my gunmetal z and been leaning towards white but haven't seen them on a gunmetal. They look great on yours man. Did you fit spacers on the front to clear thr brembos (if you have them?) I'm going to go 9.5 front and 11 rear so will need longer studs on front for 15mm spacers
Hey man I’m happy you found my channel! That’s awesome about your Cosmis wheels I highly recommend them! I don’t have Brembos unfortunately but from the research I’ve done you’re on the right track. You’re exactly right, XT-006Rs won’t fit Brembos unless you put spacers which require longer studs and to pull and roll your fenders. Also remember if you put 11’s in the rear you’ll have to add a little bit of camber to have it tuck. Good luck on your new wheels man and thanks for watching! ✌️

I'm tempted by black or gunmetal but I want something that makes it really stand out / JDM that's why I've been looking at the whites. Also your car looks lovely man, are you just on standard springs? I assume you hadn't lowered it yet in this vid due to your comment about waiting for the jeep but it looks a nice fitment and height already in the background
@@CuppaTea4Me yup I’m still on stock suspension! It’s a little high in the back for what I like but the front fits well. As far as the white it does get dirty really fast but I use Meguiar’s Ultimate Wheel Cleaner and that cleans it up really well.
I feel like cooling should be up there in first mods. you can get a brand new Mishimoto radiator that is beefier, keeps your temps cooler and weighs less than the OEM radiator and it's really not that expensive relative to other car mods.
That’s true! Especially if you’re planning on track driving then a new radiator, fans, and oil cooler are important. What I’ve found is if you’re primarily using this as a daily, the OEM fans and radiator will work better than aftermarket.
I'm in the market for an exhaust for my z but I don't want it to be too obnoxious, do you have anything in mind that will make it louder and improve the tone but won't get me into any trouble 😅
I completely feel you there! Personally I have the Injen SES Performance catback and it has a really nice low tone that you can make louder with high flow cats or test pipes if you want. Otherwise I’ve heard Invidia N1’s and they are an awesome alternative. If you want something less expensive the ISR Single GT catback is a good choice that won’t break the bank! Definitely look up TH-cam videos of different exhausts and you’ll find one!
