Hello, Ogaga. Thanks for sharing these tips.
But, would you be kind enough to explain further on tailoring your resume with the job description. I'm sometimes confused about how these are represented in a way that it doesn't seem like copy and paste. Also, do you advise you to add some other things you fee will be important to or sell you on the resume even if it wasn't part of the job description in the advert posted.

Sure. Let's say the Job ad has this: Track project schedule and flag issues as they arise. What you could put on your resume to demonstrate you have this is: Led the delivery of a $1.2M project to meet the project objectives and timeline by tracking the project schedule, resolving issues or problems, and removing impediments. (This is a typical example). Also, if you've done exactly what's mentioned or required before, you can embed same words within your achievement. You've done it so why not use the words the hiring manager or recruiter understands.
