- Leveling out 3 more house pads and cleaning up some trash. Also pushing up my stockpile of fill dirt to make room for concrete trucks to get to the pad. Hopefully be hauling it away soon. Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi

When I had to level out a 100'x200' pad I mounted my TopCon Laser receiver right to the center of my skidsteer bucket. Worked pretty slick.

You are really good at hitting grade on that track loader! I just love the bucket you have on there. That bucket seems like it turns your track loader into a hybrid of a loader and a bulldozer. That quick attachment sure makes it nice when you have to move something! That was pretty fast turnaround from bucket to forks. Are there people already living in those houses that you still have to shape their yards? I was just wondering if they come out and ask you what your doing? That was some nice work you did in the video‼️👍👍

If your on these house jobs how do you keep customers ok with waiting when I had a couple operators working jobs were rolling in all the time and now without the help not turning volume and a lot of folks want there stuff done now how do you handle it my method isn’t very good but it gets tough when your wanted on three different jobs at one time sorry for being long winded and I really like the live streams there cool
Cookies Services that’s probably the thing I struggle with the most. The first year was terrible, the second year was a little better. I’m up front with people when I go to look at the job and tell them what I have going on. And I pretty much know for the month what all the builder is going to need now so that really helps, but it seems like I work a lot of Saturdays trying to do these jobs for individuals. But the last 6 months I’ve been landing more jobs for contractors so the scheduling has worked out better. I have a few individuals that will wait for me to complete their job which is really nice and helps out in the slower times. I’m glad you enjoy the streams, it’s definitely a lot less about work and more about whatever 🤣. Thanks again
That gravel road/alley that you walked on at the beginning of the video is that a permanent road or just temporary
Chuck Finly it’s going to be a permanent alley they will come back and asphalt in the spring. I built it now to give the trucks somewhere to drive and to pack it down. Thanks for watching

How many hours does that TL-250 have on it now? It seems like it is holding up good.

tdej80 I’m hoping for 10,000 hours I bought it in 2012 with 900 hours on it but we’ll see
@@eliteearthworksllc 10,000 hours is when cat wants the famous cat certified rebuild on equipment. I think you will make it and wish you the best of luck on making it. When it comes time what are your thoughts on the same size versus bigger. I know that is a tricky question because the complexion of your work could be completely different by then.
