I noticed you switched the esc now in the Sonicwake. Do you like the raider esc better and getting better speeds or why did you switch it from the Firma 160 esc?
Since I have them available I like to try different combinations to provide more info for my viewers. The OSE raider is by far the most reliable I’ve tried yet. 👍🏼
@@bigboyrc25 that’s really gonna come down to the type of motor and batteries that you run with the esc. But the OSE raider has proven to handle the most load and heat of all three esc. As far as speed on the same batteries there isn’t much difference.
Great video but I’m struggling with the timing settings on mine, it seems most motor manufacturers don’t put in the specs weather it’s a wye wind or a delta, so I never know what to set it at??
I only run zero Timing on all my motors regardless of Y or D wind. I’ve seen no real speed gains by increased timing and tends to heat electronics up more. Hope this helps! 👍🏼

@@gen1power102 what did you have to do to get the SK 180’s to work? I am looking at the OSE ZONDA that has the smaller motors and same ESC’s as yours. But I am concerned about the power cut issues.
@@christophercurry7410 you shouldn’t have same issues with smaller motors they’re not requiring as much amp draw from motors. Stay with a decent sized prop not too big.

Hey GEN1, how are you doing with the Dual Seaking 180A’s in your Zonda? Is it possible to have that you are over propped?
It’s slightly over propped yes, but I’ve got it running ok without too much power cut now. 👍🏼
