Can you use the hobbywing app and the Bluetooth connector?

I used the same program box (2 Program box hobbwing) and only 2 light lines appeared and I couldn't program anything. Could you guess why?

I plugged the program card in and connected a battery. The esc continuously beeps 4 times and lines remain on the program card. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
