As always spot on... that’s what happened to me! Once I knew I got conned, I got the knowledge, educated myself and flip the script! I learned how to play his devious chest game and beat him to it. I would only recommend it if you are in a safe place with no strings attached between you and this devil. This horrible experience made me stronger than ever! Never surrender to the devil!!! I’m a super empath and I loved her to the moon and back. I put her AND her kids needs above my own and did all I could to make their lives happier each day. I got smeared by both of them in the end which made me feel utterly betrayed. She had life so sweet with me and now she is on a high thinking she can find me again. I have set the bar extremely high and nobody will ever match it. Wait until I am thriving and she looks over her shoulder. She always said “people do well after me”. “People find love after me”, “people get success after me”. She had a weird sense of the truth but not the cause.
I agree with you, Paula. My overt, grandiose ex-narcissist did take his time to source out a super-empath. Yes, we are their manna from Heaven. Totally agree! This is a brillant explanation of how the narcissist searches us out, especially if they have had a recent relationship with a fellow narcissist; and experienced that dissatisfaction. The problem with the narcissist is they cannot seem to internalize the teachings, which you and I follow, to actually gain the qualities we (authentically) have. We don’t have to fake it, because we have done the work! The hard, hard work of self-examination and spiritual evolution. Narcissists flee the light of self-examination. They think they are perfect. They don’t want to change how they really are, even if (at times) they say they want to be a better man and a kinder man. That’s just their lips flapping. There is no true intent behind it. The narc also many times splits into two alternate personalities...that is why when a handsome man contacts you who is a narc...many times he will contact you again under a new profile...but you know it is happening...though they try to gaslight you into believing it is not the same man...you know for certain it is because the word phrasing is the same...no two men talk the same...but...we are not ignorant of the devices...we are full aware of the narcs...but we also know no man can take us from the Lord...all things work towards our good...
Paula, you are the first person that I needed to tell the Trams bond is broken! What a breakthrough! For 18 months since no contact after an 11 month relationship with the narc, I have listened to these channels and felt part of the community. This morning I awoke know that the trauma bond was broken! I got up and went to my deck door. There was the full Wolf Moon! It is a very spiritual experience! I feel so well and like life is beginning again. In a week I celebrate being 30 years without a drink or substitute. What a wonderful time for my breakthrough! Each time going for something bigger better including a Lexus ,Jaguar he still was never happy! He even owned many houses but was still miserable! Looking back at my 3 year long (1 month) journey, I just want to tell everyone who is still on the recovery path, that every single word of this video is true. It will happen even if it is unimaginable right now. You will get there. Even if right now some days seem to be impossible to make. Even if you don’t recognize yourself and you don’t know who you are. You will know yourself better than ever. You will become better than ever. You will become a version of you couldn’t even imagine. A strong, independent, fearless happy soul who will enjoy life again and who will love again. You will restore your faith in humanity with time but you will lose the need to save others by all means that there is good in everyone what you must see and appreciate. Even after all I have learned, this was a revelation to me. My X#1 and I, at first, actually turned heads when we entered a room! It was so hard to understand what 3as happening when things went sour with him. Currently, I believe the woman he's with also is a narcissist.

As always! ❤ Talking about the post discard battle hit home. Exactly how it is. It feels like a loss but its not. Its false. They just flipped the chess board and bounced! 😂 We win by default. (Or if you're a total badass you leave!) We won. Time will shed light on it. Years later you look back and think "What the hell was I thinking!?" And you learn to be un manipulatable. I do love the spiritual side that you bring cuz my narcissist had so much insight into her actions it’s so bizarre like she knew what she was destroying and had those sadisitic smirks and it makes you feel like what is wrong with this person truly psychopathic.
That is exactly what happened too! !! I grew up in New York where sarcasm was often the native language. As I had discovered it to be ungodly and hindering I was on a mission to refrain from it. But after sharing this with her as I believed she was my helpmate, she used it against me continually! Any time that I was a bit sarcastic she would tell me that she was being attacked by demons and would have to take a day to recover! 😝 She did this often even complaining about the tone of my voice.

Boy are you describing me. You are right about feeling dirty. I was imbarrased that I was married to him. He turned my stomach. He tried to come on to me once a few years later, but it did not work. You are 100% correct, I fooled him. He knew how hard I loved but I left him when I drove away and moved out of town. He was furious I was going. But you are right my strength is returning once I understood who he was. He left Me with a baby, cost me my house and I was not working. Several years later i own 2 houses in two different cities and a very well paying job. I told people later that I had my greatest success when I was in my greatest sorrow . He has nothing but a small one bed room apt. I now know I wone and the other day I thanked God for letting him walk out of my life.! And most importantly I started smiling again and laughing!!!!!😊

This video was great. It reminded me of the time the ex narc told me he wouldnt know what he had with me until he lost me. So cocky and arrogant at discard and now he looks like he has aged 10 years and looks absolutely miserable. Guess the grass wasnt greener after all.
Got discarded and that is me to T. Very sucessful business woman who is respected and empathetic. Now more super empath and a light out there to make a difference in the world. Grateful to the universe that he discard me. I am truly blessed.
The narc also many times splits into two alternate personalities...that is why when a handsome man contacts you who is a narc...many times he will contact you again under a new profile...but you know it is happening...though they try to gaslight you into believing it is not the same man...you know for certain it is because the word phrasing is the same...no two men talk the same...but...we are not ignorant of the devices...we are full aware of the narcs...but we also know no man can take us from the Lord...all things work towards our good...

Paula, you are the first person that I needed to tell the Trams bond is broken! What a breakthrough! For 18 months since no contact after an 11 month relationship with the narc, I have listened to these channels and felt part of the community. This morning I awoke know that the trauma bond was broken! I got up and went to my deck door. There was the full Wolf Moon! It is a very spiritual experience! I feel so well and like life is beginning again. In a week I celebrate being 30 years without a drink or substitute. What a wonderful time for my breakthrough! Thank you so much for all your videos have helped me get to this moment! I am not sorry to have experienced the narc relationship. I am wiser, stronger, more confident, more loving of myself, and learned so many lessons going through this. I love you and thank you for helping all of us get through this experience. Each time going for something bigger better including a Lexus ,Jaguar he still was never happy! He even owned many houses but was still miserable! Looking back at my 3 year long (1 month) journey, I just want to tell everyone who is still on the recovery path, that every single word of this video is true. It will happen even if it is unimaginable right now. You will get there. Even if right now some days seem to be impossible to make. Even if you don’t recognize yourself and you don’t know who you are. You will know yourself better than ever. You will become better than ever. You will become a version of you couldn’t even imagine. A strong, independent, fearless happy soul who will enjoy life again and who will love again. You will restore your faith in humanity with time but you will lose the need to save others by all means that there is good in everyone what you must see and appreciate. You will strip yourself from being unnecessarily kind and you will become a spiritual warrior one of a kind filled with love and light, joy and most importantly resistance and strength. If you are in a situation like this I am convinced you are a chosen one. Someone who is trained to become a solder of love in the army or the light. You get there. Even after all I have learned, this was a revelation to me. My X#1 and I, at first, actually turned heads when we entered a room! It was so hard to understand what 3as happening when things went sour with him. Currently, I believe the woman he's with also is a narcissist.
Though I am here 2 yrs later I am thankful I have found your videos and they have brought light to what I had experienced for 2 & 1/4 yr. Not knowing about this disorder and being blinded into believing he was heavenly sent went in fact he came from another dimension. I left, but was in a state of confusion. That is exactly what happened too! !! I grew up in New York where sarcasm was often the native language. As I had discovered it to be ungodly and hindering I was on a mission to refrain from it. But after sharing this with her as I believed she was my helpmate, she used it against me continually! Any time that I was a bit sarcastic she would tell me that she was being attacked by demons and would have to take a day to recover! 😝 She did this often even complaining about the tone of my voice.

Boy are you describing me. You are right about feeling dirty. I was imbarrased that I was married to him. He turned my stomach. He tried to come on to me once a few years later, but it did not work. You are 100% correct, I fooled him. He knew how hard I loved but I left him when I drove away and moved out of town. He was furious I was going. But you are right my strength is returning once I understood who he was. He left Me with a baby, cost me my house and I was not working. Several years later i own 2 houses in two different cities and a very well paying job. I told people later that I had my greatest success when I was in my greatest sorrow . He has nothing but a small one bed room apt. I now know I wone and the other day I thanked God for letting him walk out of my life.! And most importantly I started smiling again and laughing!!!!!😊
