Last week i went to the fruit stand and they gave me 30 kg the black grapes they throw away. . I washed them and grind all litre by litre in the blender. Then i strain all the liquid grape juice and boil the juice for make clean (not sure if necessary) i put a little sugar to make gravity higher and ferment with lalvin yeast. Now its finished. Its not so clear but it tastes good

No no no no. They have wine presses everyone. We make about 500 gallons a year for the family and extended. No one wants to drink your foot wine. Wine presses have been around since the Roman empire they aren't new. Even family in Italy have wine presses. You can buy a wine crusher and desteemer.
