Good morning to all the Morganites! Good to see the RRPC expanding and looking forward to your firewood bin. One idea - maybe slope it down toward a back corner and leave a 2-3” gap between the blocks at the low point. That way, water can drain and it’s not all coming out in front by your work area. I must have missed the videos when you filled all those IBC totes with firewood. Last I saw, there were only 5 or 6. You have a parking lot full! It’s a good feeling to actually realize you can use the building. The farm shop was like that for me. It was about 6 months in demolition and construction and then all of a sudden it was useable. Yours looks really good!
Hello all! Melissa made a good call on the building. We constructed a metal pole barn about 6 years ago. I was visiting with a couple of farmer friends and getting their input. They both commented that whatever size I decided on it would be too small! Sure enough, we went with a 30x50 with a 15x50 lean to. I started to put things away and my comment: "I need a bigger shed"! We are from NC Kansas, really enjoy your channel and postings!
Oh my, yes yes yes! It's been so long of a wait to see the building coming to the point of use! Yessir, fill that baby up and get to building the rooms. How awesome is this! I am so very anxious to see Hunter in the game room! Mr Morgan, you're a wonderful man, respect and kudos to you for giving your family all you can. Honestly, I mean that. You told us how you like fall, I'm a big man now, but even in my childhood, I enjoyed fall and winter, always have. We're Outdoors men! Many times I pitched a tent in top of the snow! I love winter as much or more than fall. I've always had winter gear to wear to stay warm. Now the extreme days, cold or hot, I don't like, but as I said, days. Extreme days don't last, then it's back outside. We too here in NC have 4 seasons, now Iowa? Nope, just 2, Texas, middle Texas, nope just one, hot! South Dakota? Even summer nights require long sleeves. There, extremes are months long. I'll stay here in the foothills, this area looks just like your property, lots of forests around, and 4 seasons. Ty has it made, having membership in the Morgan family, I'm positive he too will be an outdoor man! It's still so fresh in my memory of Levi and Hunter walking the trails, Hunter leading the way, outpacing Levi, laughing out loud! He was having a blast! He led Levi to his house, he wanted food and a Coke! Mike I'm so hooked on your channel, it's never leaving the top of my favorites list. Don't forget that nice tall pole and a huge Star Spangled Banner flying on it! As always, great video, loved every second! 👍🚜❤
Making progress … the days are getting shorter and the nights are getting long … I came for the wood cutting and stayed for stories … thanks for sharing your life with others 😎
Your intro is well thought out, the background music builds your expectations, as the beat quickens and the heavy machine comes into view, a feeling of expectation enters one's mind. Well done.
Love Your New Woodsman He Will Be a Big Help one of these Days!! Provided He Keeps The Tip Of The Saw Out Of The Dirt!! 😂 You Gotta Love It finally Can Start Using The New Building!! 👍👊
That was a huge help adding the additional 12'. You can never have too much space under a roof honestly. I wish my barn was larger now that I have a tractor. You really don't realize how much space even a sub-compact tractor takes up when you have a loader on it and an implement on the back. My BX2680 I keep the box blade on it most of the time with the loader, it takes up a lot of space...sub-compact yeah right LOL. You could easily line your implements/attachments up along that wall where you got your UTV, Zero Turn, and BX at right now. Even leave the zero turn where it sits, and maybe move your UTV and the BX in front of the doors, you know what you use most, keep them easily accessible to open the door and drive out with them. You planning on adding garage door openers at some point? Might be a good idea, that way you can just drive in and out without having to get off the equipment open the door then get back on and drive in or out. I like how you had those 2 garage doors installed in line with each other, you can simply drive straight through with something if you need to, I like that idea...been thinking of doing something like that on my barn, which is really just a shop now, no animals, so its mostly just my shop for my wood working tools, and now my tractor takes about about 1/4 of it LOL. I keep hoping that my pallet forks show up sometime soon, could really be using them right now to get my shop reorganized. I just piled all my tools off to the side to make room for the tractor, but now I really need to be able to get stuff put back, but the hang up is the pallet forks are part of my implement/attachment storage solution, being able to put my implements and attachments on pallets and store them on shelves to save floor space...I have vertical space but my floor space is pretty limited. My shop is a 24' x 36' so its quite small. The floor in my shop is dirt, its a pain trying to get things setup in there, I'd love to have concrete poured in it someday, but just never have the extra $$$ to have it done. My table saw takes up quite a bit of floor space too, so I've been thinking of putting it on a flat skid so I can move it out when I need it and put it up against a wall when not in use...it has a mobile base but its useless in dirt LOL. About a month into ownership of my BX and have finally managed to put 11 hours on it LOL. For the most part it has just been too hot to really get out and do much, then on top of that I still haven't got my pallet forks, and the 60" mid mount mower deck is still MIA not sure I'll ever see either now and not very happy about the way this dealership is doing things. If I can ever get a hold of my salesman again I think I'll tell them to keep the mower and my quick hitch...and cancel the pallet forks and I'll call Artillian and order the pallet forks from them. Far from impressed with this dealership, thought by going with a locally owned dealer I'd be better off, not the case. Another Kubota dealer on the other side of town has my exact tractor sitting on their lot, mower deck, loader, pallet forks and all....ugg. They sent a guy from Idaho to Utah to pickup my tractor, they can't send someone across town to another dealer to get the rest of the implements they owe me....
Place is coming together nicely. I built a bin out of those big blocks at my place and I was surprised when I scooped against it the blocks shoved. I wound up putting a berm around it and I paved into the blocks and it really locked them in well. Good luck!
What a great video! The dogs, Melissa, daughter Eva, grandson Ty, son Levi and the new building’s first usage! Love it you guys! Perfect and Ty has such personality as do you all!!
Nice use of the building so far. That extra 12' makes all the difference when you start arranging equipment inside. Nice t-shirt Melissa. Hot and humid in central NJ.
Very satisfying to finally see the new building getting used for its intended purpose! Love g time coming.......... Congratulations! Love watching To do his thing. 😃
Melissa is so beautiful! She should have been a model! Love the new building, with your weather it will be a great thing for all you have. Baby is just so precious!
Nice to see y’all are using the building - & figuring out what can fit where! With all that space you can have many configurations. Ty is a special little boy that has many adventures ahead of him❣️ Marcus from Chesapeake VA.
Great video! Was nice to see equipment on the new concrete. Can’t wait see it all filled up and the finished product, along with that game room. It’s an awesome journey.
Everything you do is first class. I've learned a lot from your channel. Love the toys....errrrr......heavy equipment that is absolutely necessary for life!!!
That little Ty is really something else 😌 I could just watch him all day! I do like how Melissa showed him proper holding technique with the chainsaw! 💪
Mike I think you could space the bottom of the back wall of the blocks 6 inches apart for the water to run out the back. That’s what we did for the bins at work. When we had them sloped to the front the water collected in the front and you were walking threw water all the time.
What a nice, mellow video to watch while I enjoy my first cup of coffee this morning. I'm out in the gazebo watching the birds take their baths. The sun is rising and it's going to be a beautiful day in San Diego north county. Appreciate all that you guys do. Indeed
Good morning to all the Morgan’s !! Really looks good around there and getting things in the new building. Ty is doing great around there, he sure likes the toys and finds different ways to enjoy them. Thanks for sharing with us, enjoyed watching everyone. Fred. Stay safe and keep having fun. Fred. 👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👋👋🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi Mike, great getting to utilise the new building. Mike, think about putting your high end stack of milled hardwoods. Less humidty, out of the weather and the heated floor will help dry it. Doin it right brother.
Good morning! I wish it felt like fall here in AZ but it's gonna be going up to 106 by Wednesday. It'll cool down again. I don't think I've ever seen Ty smile as much as in this video. I can feel the excitement of starting to use the new building. Thank you for sharing! Have a great one!
The building is going to be nice for y'all, especially in bad weather. I'm sure you'll have very organized for your liking. I can't believe how much Ty has grown, it doesn't take long for them little humans to sprout up. Enjoyed the video.
Boy, this area is indeed a work in progress right 🙏 sorry late response on this post 😂 But go from this post and see the image in future videos. Very excited for you guys. Amen 🙏

When I built my shop I told myself only equipment on wheels were aloud. It worked for about a year anyway. You guys have a great building. Tons of room. Have a great day. Say hi to Hunter and Daughter Eva. Take care. Jake and Vernice Minnesota
I like your building, nice to start using it. We just put up a real similar 40 X 64 barn up in Oct. of last yr. Horse barn on the one end, equipment on the other. We used the Perma Column poles with concrete on the bottom 4 ft. I like Melissa's shirt about guns!
I’ve changed my mind on adding to the size of several buildings at the last minute, never regretted it and as you said, it’ll fill up fast! The grand boy is cute as the dickens! Enjoy your new building guys!
YOU ARE REALLY GETTING GREAT ON YOUR EXCAVATOR! EVERYTHING IS COMING TOGETHER JUST LIKE YOU WANT IT TO! GLAD YOU DIDN'T TAKE MY ADVICE ON USING DYNAMITE ON THE BEES! HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY 👍 TELL EVERYBODY AT FORT MORGAN AND ALL THE OTHER VIEWERS TO HAVE A DAY!
So it has become apparent that I’m a creature of habit. Every time you put a video out in the morning I watch it with a cup of coffee before I start my day. Usually my dogs are with me while I watch it. The dogs have now learned that when the music at the end of your videos comes on it’s time to get to work. They both jump up and stand by the door as soon as the music comes on like alright you’ve watched your Morgan’s. Can we go now?😂
Hope you got my can koozie? We’re from Michigan and we’re traveling through. Stopped to say hi on Saturday morning but didn’t see anyone around dropped the can koozie and kept moving. Keep up the good work we enjoy watching.
It is a wonderful community and glad to be a part of it. Have a day
Thanks Sunseeker
Another interesting video. Love the family togetherness and love shown.

Ty is a superstar & is at a great age/time! I really enjoyed your opening and how you touched on what most of what brought so many to your channel.
I highly recommend Kubota 👌
Back side of the 23-23 drill 4 holes 3’ deep. So when dirt settles no cracks in slap from concrete blocks guarantee it. Good ins
Nice to see y’all are using the building - & figuring out what can fit where! With all that space you can have many configurations. Ty is a special little boy that has many adventures ahead of him❣️ Marcus from Chesapeake VA.
Thank you Marcus.
So glad to see all that hard work paying off, and a new dormitory for the machines. Ty and Eva are adorable, as always.

Something about your videos. You're doing a lot of work but so relaxing and calming to watch.

You will NEVER regret going BIGGER when building a shed. NEVER!!!!!!
Ty is so funny. A garage or building like that can never be too big, but it can be too small.
Love that you are moving in!
Great to see the building being used ... I could hear Mike thinking, another 500 ton of stone and we'll be good ; )
Good morning! I wish it felt like fall here in AZ but it's gonna be going up to 106 by Wednesday. It'll cool down again. I don't think I've ever seen Ty smile as much as in this video. I can feel the excitement of starting to use the new building. Thank you for sharing! Have a great one!

I like your building, nice to start using it. We just put up a real similar 40 X 64 barn up in Oct. of last yr. Horse barn on the one end, equipment on the other. We used the Perma Column poles with concrete on the bottom 4 ft. I like Melissa's shirt about guns!

Mike you need a 3in 1 bucket for the big Kabota to pick up the last of the material pile
