These 15 minute morning yoga sessions have rejuvenated me. I am old and my hips are bad. Some of the positions of this practice are similar to the physical therapy exercises I did for a while. A short session like this is something I can and will do each morning, at home. After a few months I see great improvement in my strength, flexibility, and balance. I will keep at it. Thank you so much!

This has made a complete difference in my days (even if I’m not able to get to these videos until evening-time). I’ve been doing the 2000 burpees in a month for the Stop Soldier Suicide group, and my muscles have been SORE so this has helped so much in giving them a good stretch right before/after I do my burpees!
I’m late but I’ll be joining in on this!! For sure doing this once the 7 days are over and I hope you do more of these!! Would you do a longer program?

I‘m doing your classes for a while now- joining from Austria- and I love all of them. After your short morning vidoes I always feel like I did yoga for an hour. They are really great. Just wanted to say THANK YOU
After reflecting on today's session I am now really determined to get my strength and balance up. Stretching comes fairly easy to me but once we're balancing, I'm not. Lol. I usually hold onto the couch as a makeshift balance bar. Thank you again for this series, I've actually been able to actually mediate for the first time in my life! It's hard, but I feel wonderful afterward and I know things get easier with practice. ❤

Some of these poses were really hard. Balancing on my right leg is the worst, I always need support, it's like I'm standing on a ball and I keep falling. It's really something I need to work on. Have a beautiful day!🌞

The only thing missing is the chant or cleansing breath at the end.

Difficult time balancing today! Maybe because I’m feeling so stressed out. Today’s affirmation was a great reminder of life balance!
Had to do this in the afternoon instead of the morning due to difficulty, and as such have completely skipped meditation
