Hi, thanks for the video. Do you know if there is a project to do a bike lane on Kukulkán road? It was kind of sad when they opened the new road just for motored vehicles
As far as we know there are no plans to extend that avenue. It took years to work out details for Kulkucan Avenue to open. Tulum is moving in that direction, but it could take years to happen. As far as the development, as soon as we see lots for sale in a eco friendly community, we cautiously pause. There have been tons of these types of communities that have opened for sale and are still empty lots or land. Often nothing gets built for the infrastructure and people just sit on the land until the future. Second, that area is better suited if you are going to live there. It is not the best area to rent out. It is far from most things. Third, you need to check the regulations as to what you can build and how much your HOA will cost. Fourth you need to make sure this development has good financing and is from a reputable developer.
Thank you so much for watching and for your comment. We enjoy making videos that will help people and to explore the local area. It is very interesting to find out about the projects underway and the ones that are coming. The Jaguar Park is looking very nice from the renderings. That looks like it will a great place to explore.

We don't know of anything that is planned. It will be hard because of space along that road.
@@EverythingPlayaDelCarmencom thanks for responding
I rode a bicycle on kukulkan to the hotel zone. Not much bike space, I would only ride during the daylight
@@petejunior3041 yeah I don’t know why they didn’t add a lane for bike on a new road, is a no sense :-/
What do you think about the Region 12 and Beecheii development? when you think 5th av. will be open to the beach?

FYI the green school project has been officially canceled. It’s over.
You know what's sad is that there's none from Canada, and that's why they're all going to South America
Exactly what are you referring to?
lol greenschool... not gonna happen.
