A tip for everyone if after you connect to the device (washer or dryer) Wi-Fi when you go back into the LG app If it’s immediately skipping over the Wi-Fi connect page it’s cause your device is jumping back onto your Wi-Fi network too fast so by forgetting it I was able to keep thet from happening. In short of skipping over that Wi-Fi network screen the. Forget your local Wi-Fi and try again and then you should be able to connect and put in the password for your local network
Great help! I’m new with this machine and I just wanted to ask what is the best /fastest setting to use if you want to wash and dry your clothes, I find the 14 minute cycle top fast and feel like my clothes won’t get the best clean result after. Thanks! Hope you could help. Stay safe.
The Turboclean 39 is pretty good but only really suitable for small washes, our installer told us that the best way to do a wash and dry is to run one of the wash cycles first, take out half the clothes once finished and run a dry only cycle instead of doing the wash and dry 6kg cycle. Tried both and the clothes were much dryer doing it the way he recommended instead of using the wash and dry cycle!
Very good and helpful video. The only thing is that my washing machine goes to sleep in a few hours after setup, preventing me starting it remotely. Any idea how to prevent machine going to sleep mode during the day?
@@askmrwashywashy exactly what I did, however, still goes to sleeping mode in 15min turning off the wi-fi while the remote control lights remains on 🤷🏻♂️
In the name of trying to save energy by not keeping electronics in standby, will switching this off at the plug reset all settings or will they be retained?
Bro have used two phones that is phone A and phone B I turned on internet and hot spot in phone A, then using phone B am using lg think app and turned on wifi and connected to phone A hot spot Nw after I open the app and click on add divice it's asking me add network from the list to which washing machine is connected So which network name I have to add manually in the lg think q app bro plz help me
Am I the only one don’t understand why a washer needs WiFi? We have to physically in front of the machine to load the laundry anyway. Unless the machine can load it for me, I don’t see more convenience from this function
hi you have to do it on every wash. it won't save it onto the predefined ones permanently. You can create your own cycle though and save it to the washer
ussualy the password is last 4 digits but i have an unussual situation ... it says password should consist of more than 4 charecters (numbers/letters) where i can find password then

After holding the triangle with the arrow pointing right for 5 seconds I don’t see anything happening

You have to press the remote start button on the washer otherwise when it goes to sleep it disconnects

ofcourse LG has a known bug in the cotton program and no_spin manual combination. 11 minutes to end of cycle it will spin to 1000 RPS.

It’s a nice to have feature for now i guess. I think on the backend lg will use data collected for future product improvements
