Question. Why whenever I look up country guitar lessons there is all this twangy stuff but when I actually listen to country music, at least the stuff that’s popular now, you never hear anything like this? I’ve even recently seen several older artists live (Joo Dee Messina, the oak ridge boys before the one guy died, and Aron tippin) and their guitar players were playing PRS and Les Paul’s and didn’t play anything like this
i use my wampler compressors volume to drive the amp, its not so clean and and a bit saturated that way, super clean amps dont cut through mixes , dirty ones do
I miss a delay that doesn't degenerate the signal. I use the ECHO #1 and the memory toy, both with the volume at poyco for more than 9 hours, and it seems to take away the twang. Sugestions??
Well how did those GREAT players in the old days get that great sound ? Like Chet Atkinson etc & please don’t say it was done in the studio because they could do it live 🎸
Truly fascinating comment. Thanks for the insight, really appreciate the information you’ve provided. Hopefully now I can start to create a good country tone!
Huh? Amp sim is an amp sim, way different than a cab sim?!! A pedal can be an amp sim or way a cab sim, but more importantly, some of us have been doing this a while.. some have not, and that is why he does these videos.. I say he's spot on from my POV in America
Excellent tutorial.....!!......clear information with relevant demos......👍
Mine is similar but I'm running the Dynacomp. Financially, I'm working my way up to the Ego. Great video man. 🤟
Great explanation! Thanks!
Thanks bud!
Agreed 👍

Less is more? More is more taught me Yngwie!

Great! Thank you. It s possibile to use the warlus without audio interface. Direct in to the studio monitors?

What's the importance of a equalizer pedal to get a 90's country tone?

I have an echo #1 and it’s great but it’s digital… you need an analog or tape delay 🍻
Can anyone tell me what brand the gold drive pedal is?
Nevermind I found it, Walrus Audio. I really like the sound of it.
Tumnus by Wampler. Klon clone plus more!
👍👍

Is that Mr. Bean’s cousin?
Volume Is gain :Eddie Van Halen
Eddie was wrong.
Con esa técnica no necitas más que compresion
Nope, a pedal is not an smp, is an amp sim, wayyy too different. Why not just put amp sim?

Ever chicken pick on rosewood instead of maple?
Yes! But there’s something about maple necks I just love!
@@countryguitarplayersabsolutely agree
I have lust for a rosewood Tele for some reason. My Strat is maple. That’s probably oddly reversed. lol
@@countryguitarplayers Agreed!
It makes zero difference!
English country 😂
You just had it sounding good then you ruined it by turning the gain down!
You said turn the amp as loud as you can but you didnt even use an amp?? 😂
The pedal is the amp. It's a Walrus ACS1 amp sim pedal and it includes a Fender Deluxe Reverb amp sim.
