    Hi. I have medical reasons for leaving the job.
    Here I don't want to serve notice period.

    Hi bro, I have an offer in my hand and i have resigned from my current organization. And a new company is asking to join in one month. In my current organization a 90 days notice period. I spoke with HR and said okay I can relieve you and you have to pay the amount for the rest of the days. But now my manager is not approving it.
    1) Buyout -- my manager not approving
    2) Can i ask for a project release.
    3) Can i put 22 days of my leaves and join a new company.
    Please suggest my brother. I am not getting sleep I think of this daily.

      @@VrickzGamer It's just a game that they will play with us, After I put on my papers they started looking for candidate it took 2 months to them. And then finally they said tomorrow is your LWD.

    Hello Sir,.
    I have joined an organization 6 months age and right now I am having some family issues and it won't be possible for me continue with my job and Wang to resign. The notice period in my current organization is 3 months but I can serve only for 1 week and I am ready to do buyout. I Just want to know how to proceed with that steps and how much amount I will have to pay to the organization?
