Hi bro, I have an offer in my hand and i have resigned from my current organization. And a new company is asking to join in one month. In my current organization a 90 days notice period. I spoke with HR and said okay I can relieve you and you have to pay the amount for the rest of the days. But now my manager is not approving it. 1) Buyout -- my manager not approving 2) Can i ask for a project release. 3) Can i put 22 days of my leaves and join a new company. Please suggest my brother. I am not getting sleep I think of this daily.
